Constitutional control is a special type of law enforcement activity. This activity consists of checking the compliance of laws and other normative legal acts with the country's constitution. Constitutional control is realisedout by various government bodies in the world. Constitutional control in foreign countries is constantly developing. The new challenges that States have faced in recent decades have set new tasks for the constitutional control bodies. At the present stage, the constitutional control bodies are expanding the interpretation of the Constitution, laws and other normative acts. We will try to analyze new trends in the activities of constitutional control bodies in the USA, France, Germany and a number of other states.The purpose of this article is to identify the main trends in the field of constitutional control.

Konstitusiya nəzarəti hüquq-mühafizə fəaliyyətinin xüsusi bir növüdür. Bu fəaliyyət qanunların və digər normativ hüquqi aktların ölkə Konstitusiyasına uyğunluğunu yoxlamaqdan ibarətdir. Konstitusiya nəzarəti dünyada müxtəlif dövlət orqanları tərəfindən həyata keçirilir. Xarici ölkələrdə konstitusiya nəzarəti daim inkişaf edir. Son onilliklərdə dövlətlərin qarşılaşdığı yeni çağırışlar konstitusiya nəzarəti orqanları qarşısında yeni vəzifələr qoymuşdur. Müasir dövrdə konstitusiya nəzarəti orqanları Konstitusiyanın, qanunların və digər normativ aktların şərhini genişləndirir. Biz ABŞ, Fransa, Almaniya vəbir sıra digər dövlətlərdə konstitusiya nəzarəti orqanlarının fəaliyyətində yeni meylləri təhlil etməyə çalışacağıq. Bu məqalənin məqsədi konstitusiya nəzarəti sahəsində əsas tendensiyaları üzə çıxarmaqdır.
