Məqalənin vəzifəsi Azərbaycanın işğaldan azad edilmiş rayonlarında sənayenin formalaşmasını təhlil etməkdir. Tədqiqatlar bu regionlarda sənayenin ümumi vəziyyətinə və inkişaf səviyyəsinə diqqət yetirməlidir. Bu prosesə təsir edən əsas amillər araşdırılmalıdır. Nəticədə bəzi addımlar arasında müqayisələr aparılır və müvafiq qurumlar və ya dövlət tərəfindən həyata keçirilə biləcək gələcək fəaliyyətlər, mümkün məhdudiyyətlər və risklər üçün tövsiyələr verilir. Araşdırmanın əsas nəticələri müəyyən edilmişdir.İlk növbədə müəyyən edilmişdir ki, bu regionlarda sənayenin inkişaf səviyyəsi kifayət qədər yüksəkdir və sənaye ölkələri ilə müqayisə edilir. İstehsal üçün xammal və gələcək artım üçün ehtiyatlar mövcuddur. Yeni zavodların təşkili və tikintisi prosesinə başlanılıb. Çox erkən mərhələdə belə qənaətə gəlinir ki, gələcəkdə Azərbaycanda bu prosesin hər kəs şahidi ola bilər.İkincisi, belə qənaətə gəlinir ki, Azərbaycanın işğaldan azad edilmiş rayonlarında sənayenin inkişafının əsas amili onun texnoloji yeniliklərlə sıx bağlı olmasıdır. Sənayenin inkişaf səviyyəsini yüksəltmək üçün ölkədə texnoloji infrastrukturu inkişaf etdirmək lazımdır. Qeyd edək ki, bu proses artıq başlayıb və hələ də davam edir. Bu məqalə Azərbaycanda sənaye inkişafı layihələrinin yaradılmasında faydalı olacaq. Bu, gələcəkdə belə layihələrin həyata keçirilməsi üçün zəruri olan nəzəri və praktiki biliklər verəcəkdir.

The task of the article is to analyze the formation of industry in the liberated regions of Azerbaijan. Research should focus on the general state of industry and the level of development in these regions. The main factors influencing this process should be investigated. As a result, comparisons are made between some of the steps and recommendations are made for future activities, possible constraints and risks that may be undertaken by the relevant authorities or the state. The main results of the study have been identified. First of all, it was determined that the level of industrial development in these regions is quite high and comparable to industrialized countries. There are raw materials for production and reserves for future growth. The process of organizing and constructing new plants has begun. At a very early stage, it is concluded that in the future everyone can witness this process in Azerbaijan. Secondly, it is concluded that the main factor in the development of industry in the liberated regions of Azerbaijan is its close connection with technological innovation. In order to increase the level of industrial development, it is necessary to develop the technological infrastructure in the country. Note that this process has already begun and is still ongoing. This article will be useful in creating industrial development projects in Azerbaijan. This will provide the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the implementation of such projects in the future.
