Məqalənin vəzifəsi Vətən müharibəsində dağıdılmış emal müəssisələrini Tərtər pambıq emalı zavodu timsalında bərpa prosesində investisiya qoyuluşlarının uçotunun təkmilləşdirilməsi istiqamətlərini müəyyən etməkdir. Burada olan elmi nəticələr və tövsiyələr Vətən müharibəsində, o cümlədən dağıdılmış bir çox emal müəssisələrinin bərpası prosesində investisiya qoyuluşlarının təkmilləşdirməsi üçün istifadə edilə bilər. Tədqiqat nəticəsində investisiya qoyuluşlarının uçotunun nəzəri və metodoloji əsaslarıöyrənilmişdir. Belə bir nəticəyə gəlmək olar ki, bütün bu göstəricilər dövlət orqanlarının müharibə nəticəsində dağılmış emal müəssisələrinin bərpası prosesinə lazımi diqqət yetirməklə, işğaldan azad edilən regionun yerli ərazisinin investisiya cəlbediciliyini qiymətləndirmək üçün təqdim edilə və istifadə oluna bilər.

The task of the article is to identify areas for improving the accounting of investments in the process of restoration of processing enterprises destroyed in the Great Patriotic War, the example of the Tartar cotton processing plant. The scientific results and recommendations contained here can be used to improve investment in the war, as well as in the process of rebuilding many destroyed processing plants. As a result of the research, the theoretical and methodological bases of investment accounting were studied. Directions for the organization of current management accounting of investment activities have been identified. It can be concluded that all these indicators can be presented and used to assess the investment attractiveness of the local area of the autonomous region, with due attention to the process of restoration of war-torn processing plants by government agencies.
