Hazırda Azərbaycan xaƖqı tarixin ən yaddaqaƖan, şərəfƖi günƖərini yaşayır. AƖi Baş Komandan, öƖkə Prezidenti cənab İƖham ƏƖiyevin uzaqəsasənn siyasəti və strateji rəhbərƖiyi vasitəsilə şanƖı Azərbaycan Ordusu otuz vasitəsilə yaxın bir dövrdə həsrət qaƖdığımız, mənfur qonşumuz tərəfındən işğaƖ olunmuş Qarabağdakı əraziƖəri düşməndən azad edərək, bizə qəƖəbə sevincƖi günƖəri bəxş etmişdir. BeƖə bir sevincƖi məqamda bu əraziƖərin iqtisadi potensiaƖı barədə yazmaq və ondan səmərəƖi istifadə ediƖməsi şərti vasitəsilə sahibkarƖığın inkişaf istiqamətƖərini müəyyən etmək vaxtı artıq yetişib. ƏƖbəttə, bu əraziƖərin Azərbaycan xaƖqı üçün tarixi-mədəni əhəmiyyəti hər hansı iqtisadi dəyərƖərindən xeyƖi dərəcədə üstündür. FərəhƖə qeyd etmək mümükündür ki, işğaƖdan azad oƖan əraziƖər zəngin iqtisadi potensiaƖa sahibdir və bu əraziƖərin bütünƖükdə öƖkə iqtisadiyyatına inteqrasiyası əsasında yaradıƖacaq yeni iqtisadi dəyər Azərbaycan dövlətinin ərazilərin bərpa edilməsi üçün çəkdiyi bütün maƖiyyə xərcƖərini dəfəƖərƖə üstəƖəyəcəkdir.

ƏminƖiklə qeyd etmək mümükündür ki, işğaƖdan azad ediƖən əraziƖərdə yaradıƖacaq əlverişƖi biznes mühiti, mikro, kiçik və orta sahibkarƖığın formaƖaşması qeyri-neft sektorunun dinamik inkişafına əsasƖı təkan vermiş oƖacaq və nəticədə idxaƖı əvəz edən məhsuƖƖarın yerƖi istehsaƖ hesabına həcmi və çeşidi artmaqƖa yanaşı, ixrac yönümƖü məhsuƖƖarın istehsaƖı da artacaqdır. Bu əminƖiyin maddi bazasını işğaƖdan azad ediƖən əraziƖərin təbii ehtiyatƖarı, sosiaƖ-iqtisadi bazasını isə öz doğma yurdƖarına qayıdan fədakar və məğrur insanƖar təşkiƖ edəcəkƖər.

İşğaƖdan azad olunmuş əraziƖər sənaye və tikinti əhəmiyyətƖi müxtəƖif növ materiaƖƖarƖa zəngindir. Eyni zamanda, bu əraziƖər zəngin su ehtiyatƖarına sahibdirƖər ki, bu da öƖkəmizin sənayesi və kənd təsərrüfatı üçün müstəsna əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. 

Today, the people of Azerbaijan are living the most memorable and glorious days of history. Through the far-sighted policy and strategic leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani Army has given us a day of joy by liberating the territory of Karabakh, which we have longed for and occupied by our hated neighbor, for nearly thirty years. At this happy time, it is time to write about the economic potential of this area and determine the direction of entrepreneurship through the condition of its efficient use. Of course, the historical and cultural significance of these territories for the people of Azerbaijan far exceeds any economic value. It is gratifying to note that the redundant territories have a rich economic potential, and the new economic value created by the integration of these territories into the economy as a whole will more than double the total cost of the Azerbaijani state for the restoration of the territories.

It is safe to say that the business environment to be created in the laid-off areas, the formation of micro, small and medium enterprises will give impetus to the dynamic development of the non-oil sector, and as a result the volume and range of import-substituting products will increase. production will also increase. The material base of this confidence will be formed by the natural resources of the liberated territories, and the socio-economic base will be formed by selfless and proud people returning to their native lands.

 The vacated area is rich in various types of materials of industrial and construction importance. At the same time, this area has rich water resources, which are of exceptional importance for the industry and agriculture of our country.
