AZƏRBAYCANDA HƏYATA KEÇİRİLƏN MƏDƏNİ TƏDBİRLƏRİN SOSİAL SİYASƏTİN İNKİŞAFINA TƏSİRİ

Bu məqalədə Azərbaycanın həyata keçirdiyi mədəni tədbirlərdən və onların inkişafa təsirindən bəhs olunur. Ötən əsrdə əsaslı özəyi qoyulan inkişaf tədbirlərinin günümüzdə hansı mexanizmlərdən istifadə ilə inkişafı, həmçinin gələcək yönümlü və davamlı mədəni strategiyanın yaradılmasından bəhs edilir. Sosial siyasətin bir sahəsi olan mədəniyyət və onun inkişafı yalnız bu sahənin deyil, həmçinin ölkənin də inkişafına, onun beynəlxalq arenada tanınmasına şərait yaradır. Müstəqillikdən öncə və sonra Azərbaycanda həyata keçirilən mədəni tədbirlərin sosial siyasətə təsiri və inkişafı ilə bağlı məsələlər öz əksini tapmışdır. Həmçinin məqalədə Ümummilli lider Heydər Əliyevin bu sahəyə göstərdiyi qayğı və apardığı uğurlu islahatlardan bəhs edilir. Eyni zamanda məqalədə Heydər Əliyev siyasətinin örnək davamçıları İlham Əliyev və Mehriban Əliyevanın sosial sahəyə, xüsusəndə mədəniyyət sahəsinə göstərdiyi diqqət və Azərbaycanın beynəlxalq sferada tanınmasına yol açan mexanizmlərdən bəhs edilir.

The impact of cultural events in Azerbaijan on the development of social policy

Abstract

This article talks about the cultural measures implemented by Azerbaijan and their impact on development. It also talks about the development of the development measures, which were established in the last century, with the use of mechanisms, as well as the creation of a future-oriented and sustainable cultural strategy. Culture, which is a field of social policy, and its development creates conditions not only for the development of this field, but also for the country and its recognition in the international arena. Issues related to the influence and development of cultural events in Azerbaijan before and after independence on social policy are reflected. The article also talks about the care and successful reforms carried out by the national leader Heydar Aliyev in this field. At the same time, the article highlights the exemplary followers of Heydar Aliyev's policy, Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva's attention to the social sphere, especially the cultural sphere, and the mechanisms leading to the recognition of Azerbaijan in the international sphere are discussed.
