GƏNCƏ ALEKSANDR NEVSKİ ADINA RUS PRAVOSLAV KİLSƏSİ

Məqalədə XIX əsrdə Gəncənin ruslar tərəfindən işğal edilməsindən sonra şəhərdə yaşayan, hərbi və digər sahələrdə xidmət edən ruslar üçün nəzərdə tutulan provaslav kilsəsinin aqibəti və yeni digər bir kilsənin tikintisi ilə bağlı baş verən proseslərdən söhbət açılır. Gəncənin işğalı zamanı Xan məscidi rus provaslav kilsəsinə çevrilsə də, sonrakı dövrlərdə şəhərdə rusların sayının az olması, xüsusi diqqət və qayğının olmaması ilə əlaqədar olaraq abidənin sonrakı vəziyyəti qənaətbəxş olmamışdır. Belə ki, uzun illər ərzində kilsəyə çevrilmiş Xan məscidi qəzalı vəziyyətə düşmüş, heç vaxt təmir və bərpa edilməsinə təşəbbüs göstərilməmişdir. Aleksandr Nevski kafedralının tikilməsi ideyasını Yelizavetpolun ilk qubernatoru Bulatov versə də, bu işi sonrakı qubernator Nakaşidze reallaşdıra bilmişdir. Ümumən mənbələri oxuyan zaman Gəncədən söhbət açan rusların şəhərdə 12 məscid olmasına rəğmən, yalnız bir rus provaslav kilsəsi olması onları hiddətləndirirdi, yəni bir sözlə, onlar bunu qısqanclıqla qarşılayırdılar. Həmin kilsə çətinliklə olsa da, ianələr hesabına tikilərək 1889-cu ildə Gürcüstanın ekzarxı Palladinin xeyir-duası ilə provaslavların istifadəsinə verildi. Mövzunun aktuallığı ondan ibarətdir ki, bu gün XIX əsrdə Gəncənin iqtisadi-sosial vəziyyəti yaxşı araşdırılıb öyrənilmədiyindən bu və digər abidələr haqqında yetərincə düzgün informasiyaların olmaması və bəzilərinin qərəzli olmasıdır.

The Alexander Nevsky russian orthodox church in Ganja

Abstract

The article discusses the fate of the Orthodox church for Russians living and serving in the city after the Russian occupation of Ganja in the 19th century and the process of building a new church. Although the Khan Mosque was turned into a Russian Orthodox church during the occupation of Ganja, the subsequent condition of the monument was unsatisfactory due to the small number of Russians in the city and the lack of special attention and care. Thus, the Khan Mosque, which had been turned into a church for many years, fell into disrepair and no initiative was taken to repair or restore it. Although Bulatov, the first governor of Yelisavetpol, came up with the idea to build the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the next governor, Nakashidze, was able to do it. In general, when reading the sources, the Russians talking about Ganja were annoyed by the fact that there were only 1 Russian Orthodox churches in the city, in other words, they were jealous. The church was built with donations, albeit with difficulty, and was given to the use of the Orthodox in 1889 with the blessing of the exarch of Georgia, Palladi. The urgency of the topic is that today the economic and social situation in Ganja in the XIX century is not well studied, so there is a lack of accurate information about these and other monuments, and some are biased.
