NARKOTİK VASİTƏLƏRİN VƏ PSİXOTROP MADDƏLƏRİN QANUNSUZ DÖVRİYYƏSİNƏ QARŞI MÜBARİZƏNİN AKTUAL PROBLEMLƏRİ

Məqalənin əsas məqsədi ölkədə narkotik vasitələrin və psixotrop maddələrin qanunsuz dövriyyəsinə qarşı mübarizənin aktual problemlərini araşdırmaqdır. Narkotik vasitələrin, psixotrop maddələrin və onların prekursorlarının qanunsuz dövriyyəsi ilə bağlı cinayətlər beynəlxalq xarakterli cinayətlərdir. Bunlar müasir dünyanı ciddi narahat edən qlobal problemə çevrilmiş, cəmiyyətin mənəvi və intelektual potensialının aşınmasına, genefondun tənəzzülünə və digər mənfi hallara gətirib çıxarmışdır. Məqalədə Azərbaycanda narkotik vasitələrin, psixotrop maddələrin və onların prekursorlarının qanunsuz dövriyyəsi ilə bağlı cinayətkarlığın vəziyyətinin müqayisəli təhlili verilir.

Actual problems of fight against crimes related to illicit trafficking in narcotic

drugs and psychotropic substances

Abstract

The main goal of the article is to investigate the actual problems of the fight against the illegal circulation of narcotics and psychotropic substances in the country. Crimes related to illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors are crimes of an international nature. It has become a global problem that seriously worries the modern world. It has led to the erosion of the moral and intellectual potential of the society, the decline of the gene pool and other negative situations. The article also provides a comparative analysis of the state of criminality related to the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors in Azerbaijan.
