HEYDƏR ƏLİYEV AZƏRBAYCANDA KONSTİTUSİON İSLAHATLARIN BANİSİDİR

Tarix boyu hər bir dövlətin konkret siyasi şəraitdə milli müstəqilliyə qovuşmasında lider amili mühüm rol oynamışdır. Belə situasiyalarda qətiyyətlə önə çıxan, məsuliyyəti üzərinə götürməkdən çəkinməyən böyük şəxsiyyətlər xalqlarının daim arzusunda olduğu azadlıq, müstəqillik, milli dövlətçilik kimi ali ideallarının gerçəkləşməsində müstəsna rol oynayırlar. Bu həqiqət bu il dövlət müstəqilliyinin bərpasının 31-ci ildönümünü qeyd etməyə hazırlaşan Azərbaycan Respublikasının yaxın tarixi keçmişinə nəzərən bir daha təsdiqini tapır.

XX əsr Azərbaycan tarixinin fenomen şəxsiyyəti olan ümummilli lider Heydər Əliyev də xarizmatik lider kimi xalqımızın taleyində misilsiz rol oynamaqla yanaşı, onu tarixən can atdığı həqiqi müstəqillik idealına qovuşduraraq mütərəqqi tarixi ənənə əsasında yeni dövlətçilik konsepsiyasını irəli sürmüşdür.

Abstract

Throughout history, the leading factor has played an important role in achieving national independence in specific political conditions of each state. Great personalities who firmly stand out in such situations and are not afraid to take responsibility play an exceptional role in the realization of the highest ideals of their people, such as freedom, independence, national statehood, which they always dream of. This fact is confirmed by the recent history of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is preparing to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the restoration of State independence this year.

National leader Haydar Aliyev, a phenomenal person in the history of Azerbaijan of the XX century, not only played an unprecedented role in the fate of our people as a charismatic leader, but put forward a new concept of statehood on the basis of a progressive historical tradition, bringing him to the ideal of true independence, which he historically aspired to.
