AZƏRBAYCAN ORTA MƏKTƏBLƏRİNDƏ DİSTANT TƏHSİLİN İDARƏOLUNMASINDA DƏYİŞƏN PERSPEKTİVLƏR

Təqdim olunan məqalə Azərbaycanda ümumi təhsil məktəblərində distant təhsil sahəsində problemlərin aradan götürülmüəsi sahəsində müasir perspektivlər və yeni modellərin öyrənilməsindən bəhs edir. Məlumdur ki, distant təhsi haqqında müxtəlif sayda tədris proqramlar, təlim materialları, proqram təminatları və yeni sistemlər mövcuddur. Buna baxmayaraq, ümumi təhsil müəssisələrində distant təhsilin idarə olunması sahəsində mövcud problemlər üzə çıxır. Bu problemlər əsasən distant təhsilin pedaqoji-peşəkarlıq, didadktik, texnoloji və təşkilati mexanizmlərinin öyrənilməməsi və bu təhsilin idarə olunmasında sistemli mexanizmin olmamasıdır. Bu məqsədlə, məqalə ümumi təhsil məktəblərində distant sistemli idarə olunması sahəsində bir neçə müasir modelləri təqdim edir. Məqalədə peşəkar, didaktik, texnoloji və təkilati alt sistemlə idarəolunma perspektivlərini təqdim edir, məsafəli təhsilin tarixi inkişafı yollarını, ənənəvi və müasir növləri təklif edir. Məsafəli təhsilin təşkili və idarəolunması sahəsində tədrisin çatışmazlıqları və problemlərin aradan qaldırılması sahəsində bu modellərin idarəetmə mexanizmləri kimi rolu əvəzolunmazdır. Bu məqsədlə, məqalə distant təhsil texnologiyalarının əhəmiyyətli seçimi öyrənənlərin marağına səbəb olacaq və orta məktəblərdə diatnt təhsilin tətbiqi metodikası sahəsində müəllim və şagirdləri maraqlı məlumatlarla təmin edəcəkdir.

Changing perspectives in the management of distance education in secondary
schools of Azerbaijan
Abstract
The presented article deals with the study of modern perspectives and new models in the field of solving problems in the field of distance education in general education schools in Azerbaijan. It is well known that there is a wide variety of distance learning programs, training materials, software, and new systems available. Nevertheless, existing problems in the field of distance education management in general educational institutions are revealed. These problems are mainly the lack of study of the pedagogical-professional, didactic, technological and organizational mechanisms of distance education and the lack of a systematic mechanism for the management of this education. For this purpose, the article presents several modern models in the field of remote system management in general education schools. The article presents the perspectives of management with professional, didactic, technological and innovative subsystems, suggests the ways of historical development of distance education, traditional and modern types. In the field of distance education organization and management, the role of these models as management mechanisms is irreplaceable in the field of teaching deficiencies and elimination of problems. For this purpose, the article will attract the interest of students who are studying a significant selection of distance education technologies and will provide teachers and students with interesting information in the field of the methodology of the application of distance education in secondary schools.
