Bu məqalə ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) adı altında Müəssisə Resurslarının Planlaşdırılması üçün nəzərdə tutulan sistem haqqında məlumatları özündə əks etdirir. Bununla yanaşı burada sözügedən idarəetmə sisteminin üstünllükləri və çatışmazlıqları sadalanmışdır.
Müasir dövrümüzə əsasən günü gündən Erp sistemləri istifadə edən müəssisə sayı çoxalır. Bu sistem hesabatlar, satınalmalar, layihə idarəsi, risk idarəsi, istehsalat fəaliyyətlərinin nəzarətini təmin edir. Sözügedən sistem müəssisə daxilində effektivliyi artırır, xərclərə qənaət etməyə gətirib çıxarır, təhlüksizliyi və maliyyə axınını artırır. Bunlardan əlavə olaraq, Erp sistemin tətbiqində bir qədər vacib nüanslar var ki. Bu nüanslar icraya hazırlıq, biznesin təhlili, təchizat seçimi, layihənin idarə edilməsi, sınaq, təlim və təhsil prosesidir. Erp sisteminin tətbiqində yaxşı planlaşdırılmalı, ehtiyaclar tam dərk edilməli, vaxt və resurs xərcləri kifayət qədər anlaşılmalı, prioritetlər yaradılmalı, təlim verilməli, məlumatlar düzgün qiymətləndirilməlidir.

Abstract
This article contains information about the system intended for Enterprise Resource Planning under the name ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of the mentioned management system are listed here.
According to modern times, the number of enterprises using Erp systems is increasing day by day. This system provides reports, procurement, project management, risk management, production activities control. The system in question increases efficiency within the enterprise, leads to cost savings, increases safety and financial flow. In addition to these, there are some important nuances in the implementation of the Erp system that. These nuances are preparation for execution, business analysis, selection of supplies, project management, testing, training and educational process. In the implementation of the Erp system, it should be well planned, needs should be fully understood, time and resource costs should be sufficiently understood, priorities should be created, training should be provided, information should be correctly evaluated.
