GƏNCLƏR SOSİAL İŞİN TƏQDİQAT OBYEKTİ KİMİ. AZƏRBAYCAN RESPUBLİKASINDA GƏNCLƏRİN MƏŞĞULLUĞUNUN DÖVLƏT TƏNZİMLƏNMƏSİ

Azərbaycan Respublikasında gənclər məşğulluğunun dövlət tənzimlənməsi, gənclərin məşğulluq imkanlarının təmin edilməsi, inkişafı və aktiv iştirakının dəstəklənməsi məqsədilə təşkil edilir. Dövlət gənclərin təhsil, işsizliklə mübarizə, peşəkar inkişaf və sosial aktivləşmə kimi sahələrdə ehtiyaclarını qarşılayacaq tədbir və proqramlar hazırlayır.

İşsizliklə mübarizə sahəsində Azərbaycan hökuməti, gənclərin işgüzarlığa daxil olması üçün bir sıra tədbir və proqramlar həyata keçirir. İş axtarışı və işə salınmaq üçün məsləhət xidmətləri, işə təyin proqramları, işgüzar təlimlər, startap məkanları, mikrokredit proqramları, gənclərin işgüzarlığa və öz işini qurmağa dəstək olmaq üçün təmin edilir.

Peşəkar inkişaf üçün də Azərbaycan dövləti gənclərə dəstək verir. Gənclərin aktiv iştirakı və sosial inkişafı da dövlət tənzimlənməsi altında dəstəklənir.

Bütün bu tədbir və proqramlar Azərbaycan Respublikasında gənclərin məşğulluğunun dövlət tənzimlənməsi altında effektiv şəkildə təmin edildiyini göstərir.

Youth as a target of social work.

State regulation of youth employment in the Republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract

The state regulation of youth employment in the Republic of Azerbaijan is organized for the purpose of providing employment opportunities, development and supporting the active participation of young people. The state prepares events and programs that will meet the needs of young people in areas such as education, combating unemployment, professional development and social activation.

In the field of combating unemployment, the government of Azerbaijan implements a number of measures and programs for young people to enter the business world. Job search and start-up counseling services, job placement programs, business training, startup spaces, and microcredit programs are provided to support youth entrepreneurship and self-employment.

The state of Azerbaijan also supports young people for professional development. Active participation and social development of young people are also supported under state regulation.

All these measures and programs show that youth employment in the Republic of Azerbaijan is effectively ensured under state regulation.
