UŞAQ HÜQUQLARINDAN BİRİ KİMİ TƏHSİL HÜQUQUNUN ƏHƏMİYYƏTİ

Məqalədə uşaq hüquqlarından biri kimi təhsil hüququ və onun əhəmiyyəti qeyd olunmuşdur. Gələcəkdə qərar verə bilmək və özünü ifadə edə bilmə bacarıqlarına nail olmaq üçün təhsilin rolu böyükdür. Dövlətlərin və beynəlxalq təşkilatların qanunvericilik sənədlərində bu hüquq və buna nail olmağın yolları xüsusilə vurğulanmışdır. İnsanın savadı, biliyi onun gələcək həyatını müəyyən edir, ölkənin hərtərəfli inkişafına xidmət edir. Azərbaycanda uşaqların təhsilə cəlb olunması ciddi yerinə yetirilən siyasətlərdəndir. Sağlamlıq imkanları məhdud olan şəxslərin də təhsilə cəlb olunması hər bir dövlətin başlıca prioritetlərindən olmalıdır. Bu məqalədə uşaq hüquqlarından biri kimi təhsil hüququnun təmin olunması ilə bağlı həm milli həm də beynəlxalq qanunvericiliklərə istinadlar olunmuşdur.Əsas məqsəd isə təhsil hüququnun gələcək nəsillərin formalaşmasında başlıca amil olması ilə bağlıdır.

Məqalənin yazılmasında müxtəlif elmi resurslardan istifadə olunmuşdur.

Importance of right to education as one of the rights of children

Abstract

The article mentions the right to education as one of the children's rights and its importance. Education plays an important role in achieving future decision-making and self-expression skills. This right and ways to achieve it are especially emphasized in the legislative documents of states and international organizations. A person's education and knowledge determines his future life and serves the comprehensive development of the country. Involvement of children in education is one of the strictly implemented policies in Azerbaijan. Involvement of people with limited health opportunities in education should be one of the main priorities of every state. This article refers to both national and international legislation regarding the provision of the right to education as one of the children's rights. The main goal is that the right to education is the main factor in the formation of future generations.
