PEDAQOJİ TƏCRÜBƏNİN GƏLƏCƏK PEDAQOJİ FƏALİYYƏTƏ TƏSİRİNİN PSİXOLOJİ TƏHLİLİ

Tələbələrin gələcək müəllim peşəsinə professional hazırlığında pedaqoji təcrübələr müstəsna əhəmiyyətə malikdir. Məhz pedaqoji təcrübə, gələcək müəllimlərin nəzəri və praktik hazırlığı arasında körpü rolu oynayır. Pedaqoji təcrübə zamanı tələbələr özünütəlim və özünütərbiyə ilə məşğul olaraq peşə sahəsində özlərini inkişaf etdirirlər. Aldıqları bilikləri, bacarığa, nəzəriyyəni isə tədricən təcrübəyə çevirməyi öyrənirlər. Pedaqoji təcrübə imkan verir ki, tələbə özünü, öz imkanlarını pedaqoji fəaliyyətdə reallaşdırsın. Eyni zamanda təcrübə zamanı tələbə təbii pedaqoji şəraitə daxil olaraq, pedaqoji kollektivlə pedaqoji ünsiyyət formaları ilə tanış olur. Peşəyə psixoloji hazırlıq pedaqoji təcrübədən başlanır.

Psychological analysis of the impact of pedagogical experience

on future pedagogical activity

Abstract

Pedagogical experiences are of exceptional importance in the professional preparation of students for the future teaching profession. It is pedagogical experience that plays the role of a bridge between theoretical and practical training of future teachers. During the pedagogical experience, students develop themselves in the professional field by engaging in self-education and self-education. They learn to turn the acquired knowledge into skills, and theory into practice gradually. Pedagogical experience allows the student to realize himself and his possibilities in pedagogical activity. At the same time, during the internship, the student enters natural pedagogical conditions and gets acquainted with the forms of pedagogical communication with the pedagogical team. Psychological preparation for the profession begins with pedagogical experience.
