NAXÇIVAN MUXTAR RESPUBLİKASININ SOSİAL-İQTİSADİ İNKİŞAF GÖSTƏRİCİLƏRİNİN TƏŞƏKKÜLÜ YENİ MƏRHƏLƏDƏ

Məqalədə, Azərbaycan Respublikasının ayrılmaz tərkib hissəsi olaraq, Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının davamlı sosial-iqtisadi inkişafından söz açılmışdır. Göstərilmişdir ki, ölkənin 14 iqtisadi rayonundan biri olaraq, Naxçıvan iqtisadi rayonu özünün iqtisadi potensialına görə məhsuldarlıq göstəricilərinə malik lmaqla, daha çox, iqtisadiyyatın aparıcı sahələrinin perspektivliliyinə zəmin yaratmaqdadır.

Xüsusilə də, muxtar respublika əhalisinin 70 faizdən artıq hissəsinin kənd yerlərində yaşaması, iqtisadiyyatın, xammal-emal-istehsal-sənaye həlqəsinin qırılmazılığını da yarada bilmişdir. Bu da, təbii olaraq, əmək ehtiyatlarından istifadə olunmasında, təsərrüfatçılıq imkanlarının genişlənməsində və nəticə etibarı ilə məşğulluq səviyyəsinin yüksəldilməsi ilə, məhsuldarlıq göstəricilərinin artmasında özünü göstərməkdədir. Bütün bunlar, dövlətin tənzimləyici mexanizmləri ilə daha etibarlı xarakterə malik olmaqdadır.

Eyni zamanda, bu istiqamətdə, 2004-cü ildən dörd mərhələ üzrə icrası davam edən regional inkişaf üzrə Dövlət proqramlarından söz açılmış, Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası üçün də nəzərdə tutulan tədbirlərə yer verilmişdir. Bununla yanaşı, Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının 2023-2027-ci illər üzrə sosial-iqtisadi inkişafını nəzərdə tutan Dövlət proqramının da iqisadi və sosial əhəmiyyətinə toxunulmuşdur. Statistik rəqəmlərdən istifadə olunaraq, elmi cəhətdən əsaslandırılmaqla, şəkillər və diaqramlar vasitəsilə təqdim olunmuşdur.

The organization of development indicators of socio-economics of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is in a new phase

Abstract

The article talks about the continuous socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic as an integral part of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It has been shown that, as one of the 14 economic regions of the country, Nakhchivan economic region, having productivity indicators according to its economic potential, lays the groundwork for the prospects of the leading sectors of the economy.

In particular, the fact that more than 70 percent of the autonomous republic's population lives in rural areas has created the unbreakability of the economy, the raw material-processing-production-industry ring. This, of course, manifests itself in the use of labor resources, the expansion of economic opportunities and, as a result, the increase in the level of employment and the increase in productivity indicators. All these are becoming more reliable with the regulatory mechanisms of the state. At the same time, in this direction, the State programs for regional development, which have been implemented in four stages since 2004, were mentioned, and measures planned for the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were also mentioned. In addition, the economic and social importance of the State program, which envisages the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027, was also touched upon. Using statistical numbers, scientifically justified, presented through pictures and diagrams.
