Müasir iqtisadiyyatda korporasiyaların və korporativ münasibətlərin inkişafı korporativ idarəetmənin də inkişafını və təkmilləşdirilməsini tələb edir. Korporativ idarəetmənin inkişafı müasir korporativ idarəetmə modellərinin meydana gəlməsinə səbəb olmuşdur. Müasir korporativ idarəetmə modellərini izah etməzdən əvvəl korporativ idarəetmə anlayışının qısa izahını verməyi məqsədəuyğun hesab edirik. Müasir şəraitdə şirkətin muzdlu menecerlərlə səhmdarlar və digər maraqlı tərəflər arasında qarşılıqlı münasibətlər sistemi məhz korporativ idarəetmə sistemi kimi çıxış edir. Korporativ idarəetmə modelləri arasında əsas model kimi ingilis-amerikan və alman modelləri fərqləndirilir. Dünyada gedən qloballaşma prosesləri korporativ münasibətlərin Amerika sxeminin təzahürüdür. Korporativ idarəetmənin və korporativ münasibətlərin inkişafı korporativ idarəetmə modellərinin də inkişafı və təkmilləşdirilməsini şərtləndirir.

Theory of modern corporate management models
Abstract
The development of corporations and corporate relations in the modern economy requires the development and improvement of corporate governance. The development of corporate management has led to the emergence of modern corporate management models. Before explaining modern corporate governance models, we consider it appropriate to give a brief explanation of the concept of corporate governance. In modern conditions, the system of mutual relations between the company's hired managers and shareholders and other interested parties acts as a corporate governance system. Among corporate management models, Anglo-American and German models are distinguished as the main model. Globalization processes in the world are a manifestation of the American scheme of corporate relations. The development of corporate management and corporate relations requires the development and improvement of corporate management models.
