AZƏRBAYCANIN MALİYYƏ SİSTEMİNİN HAZIRKİ VƏZİYYƏTİ

Ölkədə maliyyə sisteminin rolu həm makro, həm də mikro səviyyədə geniş təkrar istehsal üçün şəraitin yaradılmasından, makro və mikro səviyyədə geniş təkrar istehsalın tələbatının real təmin edilməsindən ibarətdir. Bundan başqa, maliyyə sistemi Azərbaycan Respublikasının Konstitusiyası çərçivəsində ölkə vətəndaşlarının sosial təminatının reallaşdırılmasından ibarətdir. Məqalədə Azərbaycanın maliyyə sisteminin tərkibi və hazırki vəziyyəti araşdırılmışdır. Azərbaycanın dövlət maliyyəsinin dövlət büdcəsindən, büdcədənkənar fondlardan, dövlət kreditindən, sığorta fondlarından və fond bazarından, müxtəlif mülkiyyət formasında olan müəssisələrin maliyyəsindən ibarət olmasına diqqət yetirilmişdir. Məqalədə maliyyə sisteminin hazırkı vəziyyəti dövlət büdcəsinin, Sosial Müdafiə Fondunun və fond bazarının göstəriciləri əsasında təhlil edilmişdir.

The current state of the financial system of Azerbaijan

Abstract

The role of the financial system in the country is to create conditions for wide reproduction both at the macro and micro level, and to realistically meet the demand for wide reproduction at the macro and micro level. In addition, the financial system consists of the realization of social security of the country's citizens within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The composition of the financial system of Azerbaijan and its current situation are discussed in the article. Attention has been paid to the fact that the state finances of Azerbaijan consist of the state budget, extra-budgetary funds, state credit, insurance funds and the stock market, and the finances of enterprises with different forms of ownership. In the article, the current state of the financial system was analyzed based on the indicators of the state budget, the Social Protection Fund and the stock market.
