ORTA MƏKTƏBLƏRDƏ DİSTANT TƏHSİLİN İDARƏ OLUNMASININ TƏKMİLLƏŞDİRİLMƏSİ YOLLARININ TƏHLİLİ

Tədqiqat məqaləsi Azərbaycanda ümumi təhsil məktəblərində distant təhsil idarə olunmasının təkmilləşdirilməsi sahəsində aparılan araşdırmalardan bəhs edir. Artıq son 3 ill ərzində Covd-19 pandemiyasının təhsilə təsiri ilə əlaqədar distant təhsilin idarəolunması sahəsində müxtəlif baxışlar və yanaşmalar formalaşmağa başlamışdır. Çoxlu sayda idarəetmə mexanizmləri mövcuddur və ümumi təhsil müəssisələrində distant təhsilin idarə olunması sahəsində kifayət qədər problemlər mövcuddur. Məqalənin məqsədi məsafəli təhsilin idarə olunmasında təkmilləşmə işlərinin araşdırılması və təhlilinə əst edilib. Digər məqsədi həm müəllim, həm də şagirdlərin distant təhsilə münasibəti və onlayn təhsilidən istifadə qaydalarını açıqlamaq, distant təhsildə yaranan boşluqların həll olunması üçün nəticələrin obyektiv təhilini təqdim etməkdir. Bu məqsədlə, məqalədə tədqiqat işi üzrə 35 şagird və 4 müəllimin və 3 valideynin eksperimentə cəlb etmiş, hədəf qrup kimi məktəb rəhbərləri və İKT mütəxəssisilərinin problemə münasibətini araşdırmağı planlaşdırılmışdır. Eksperimentdə şagirdlərin və müəllimlərin distant təhsilin təşkili, idarə olunması və əhəmiyyətini öyrənmək üçün anket sorğuları keçirilmiş, hədəf qrupu üzvlərinin problemə dəstəyi formları qeydə alınmışdır. Məqalədə aparılan təhlillərin koorelasiya üzrə inkişaf dinamikası və statistik nəticələr təqdim olunmuşdiur. Aparılan təhlillərin nəticələri məqalənin distant təhsilin məktəblərdə idarə olunmasının təkmilləşməsi üzrə yaranan problemlərin həllində ən vacib məlumat mənbəyi olması təsdiqlənmişdir.

Analysis of improvement ways of distance education management

in secondary schools

Abstract

The research article claims about the research conducted in the field of improving distance education management in general education schools in Azerbaijan. During the last 3 years, different views and approaches have started to be formed in the field of distance education management due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on education. There are many management mechanisms in the field of distance education management in general education institutions. The primary purpose of the article is to investigate and analyze improvements in the management of distance education. Another goal is to reveal the attitude of both teachers and students to distance education and the rules of using online education, to present an objective analysis of the results to solve the gaps in distance education.

For this purpose, in the article, 35 students and 4 teachers and 3 parents were involved in the experiment, and it was planned to investigate the attitude of school leaders and ICT specialists to the problem as a target group. In the experiment, questionnaire surveys were conducted to find out the organization, management and importance of distance education of students and teachers, the support forms of the members of the target group were recorded. The development dynamics and statistical results of correlation analysis are presented in the article. The results of the analysis confirmed that the article is the most important source of information in solving the problems of improving the management of distance education in schools.
