AEROFOTOÇƏKİLİŞİN İNKİŞAF TARİXİ VƏ AEROFOTOÇƏKİLİŞ MATERİALLARININ KEYFİYYƏTİNƏ TƏSİR EDƏN AMİLLƏRİN QİYMƏTLƏNDİRİLMƏSİ

Aerofotoçəkiliş obyektiv məkanı əldə etmək, öyrənmək və tədqiq etmək məqsədilə təyyarə, vertolyot, dron, pilotsuz uçuş aparatında quraşdırılmış aerofotokamerdən istifadə etməklə ərazinin Yer səthindən müəyyən yüksəklikdən çəkilişidir.

Belə nəticəyə gəlmək olar ki, əldə edilən və ya alınacaq aerofotoçəkiliş materiallarının keyfiyyət göstəricilərini bilmək lazımdır. Qiymətləndirmə göstərir ki, təsvirlərin keyfiyyət göstəricilərini kifayət qədər dəqiqliklə proqnozlaşdırmaq qeyri-mümkündür, çünki hər bir obyektiv unikaldır və öz keyfiyyət göstəricilərinə malikdir. Aerofotoaparatların kalibrlənməsi zamanı təkcə təhrifi deyil, həm də obyektiv-plyonka sisteminin ayırdetməsini müəyyən etmək lazımdır, onda görüntünün yerdəyişməsi, atmosferin təsirini və digər amilləri nəzərə almaq çətin olmayacaqdır. Məqalədə aerofotoçəkiliş tarixi və aerofototəsvirlərin keyfiyyət göstəricilərinin qiymətləndirilməsi araşdırılmışdır.

Development history of aerial photography and evaluation of factors affecting

the quality of aerial photography materials

Abstract

Aerial photography is a photographing of an area from a certain height above the Earth's surface using an aerial camera mounted on an airplane, helicopter, drone, or unmanned aerial vehicle for the purpose of obtaining, studying, and exploring the objective space.

It can be concluded that it is necessary to know the quality indicators of aerial photography materials obtained or to be purchased. The evaluation shows that it is impossible to predict the quality of images with sufficient accuracy, because each lens is unique and has its own quality indicators. During the calibration of aerial cameras, it is necessary to determine not only the distortion, but also the resolution of the lens-film system, then it will not be difficult to take into account the displacement of the image, the effect of the atmosphere and other factors. The article examines the history of aerial photography and the assessment of quality indicators of aerial photography.
