AZƏRBAYCANDA XURMA CİNSİ NÖVLƏRİNİN YAYILMA AREALLARININ MÜƏYYƏNLƏŞDİRİLMƏSİ VƏ GENOFONDUNUN YARADILMASI

Tədqiqat işimizdə Azərbaycanın müxtəlif bölgələrində xurma cinsi növlərinin yayılma arealları müəyyənləşdirilmişdir. Həmçinin xurma (Diospyros) cinsinə aid Qafqaz xurması (Diospyros lotus. L), Şərq xurması (Diospyros kaki L.) və Virginiya xurması (Diospyros Virginiana L.) növlərinin floradakı yerini tədqiq etməklə mövcud bioloji xüsusiyyətləri müəyyən edilmişdir. Şərq xurması (Diospyros kaki) Şəki-Zaqatala bölgəsində becərilən bitkilər arasında birinci yeri tutur.

Azərbaycanın şimal-qərb bölgəsində şərq xurması əkilən sahələr çox olduğundan 2017-ci ildə Balakən rayonunun Katəks kəndində müasir standartlara cavab verən “Balxurma” meyvə qurutma fabriki fəaliyyətə başlayıb. Bu fabrikdəki xurma əsasən ixrac olunur.

Xurma (Diospyros) cinsinə aid Qafqaz xurması (Diospyros lotus L) növünün bölgələrin biomüxtəlifliyində bioloji xüsusiyyətləri müəyyən edilməklə bu növün genofondunun qorunması və davamlı istifadəsinin yolları tədqiq olunmuşdur. Xurma kolleksiyasının yaradılması bu bitki üzrə seleksiya işlərinin effektiv qurulmasına kömək edəcəkdir.

Determination of distribution areas of the persimmon species (Diospyros L.) and

creation of a gene pool in Azerbaijan

Abstract

In our research work the distribution areas of persimmon species in different regions of Azerbaijan have been determined. Also the current biological characteristics of the Caucasian persimmon (Diospyros lotus L), Oriental persimmon (Diospyros kaki L.) and Virginia persimmon (Diospyros Virginiana L.), belonging to the genus of persimmons (Diospyros) were determined by studying their place in the flora. Oriental persimmon (Diospyros kaki) ranks first among plants growing in the Shaki-Zagatala region.

In the north-western region of Azerbaijan, due to the large areas of land cultivated with the eastern persimmon, a fruit drying factory “Balhurma”, in line with modern standards, started to work in 2017 in the village of Kateks, Balakan district. The persimmons in this factory are mainly exported.

The biological characteristics of the Caucasian persimmon (Diospyros lotus L. belonging to the persimmons (Diospyros) genus were determined in the biodiversity of the regions, and ways of protecting and sustainable use of the gene pool of this species were studied. The creation of a collection of persimmon will help in the effective establishment of selection work on this plant.
