MÜASİR DÖVRDƏ ALİ MƏKTƏB MÜƏLLİMİNİN PEDAQOJİ
FƏALİYYƏTİNİN XÜSUSİYYƏTLƏRİ

Məqalədə müasir şəraitdə ali məktəb müəlliminin pedaqoji fəaliyyətinin xüsusiyyətlərini təhlil etməyə cəhd göstərilmişdir. Mövcud ədəbiyyatların təhlil edilməsi əsasında tədqiqatçıların göstərilən məsələyə nəzəri və praktiki töhfələri müəyyən edilir, ali məktəb müəlliminin pedaqoji fəaliyyətini digər fəaliyyət növlərindən fərqləndirən xüsusiyyətlər üzə çıxarılır.
Müasir tədqiqatların elmi intellektinin təhlili əsasında ali məktəb müəllimlərinin fəaliyyətinin qnostik, kommunikativ, təşkilati kimi əsas komponentləri fərqləndirilir. Məqalədə bu komponentlərin ayrı-ayrılıqda göstəriciləri nəzərdən keçirilmişdir. Belə ki, kommunikativ komponentin formalaşmasının pedaqoji taktika, komanda və komandada işləmək, başqalarının (həm həmkarların, həm də tələbələrin) fikrinə hörmət etmək, tənqidi adekvat qəbul etmək bacarığı, qarşılıqlı yardıma və qarşılıqlı anlaşmaya hazır olmaq və s. kimi göstəriciləri nəzərdən keçirilmişdir.
Sübut edilmişdir ki, təşkilati komponentin formalaşmasının göstəriciləri müəllimin öz pedaqoji fəaliyyətini özünü təşkil etmək bacarığı, eləcə də şagirdlərin təlim-tərbiyə işini təşkil etmək bacarığı kimi qəbul edilməlidir.
Sübut edilmişdir ki, təhsilin keyfiyyətinin hazırkı vəziyyəti məzunun səriştələrinin səviyyəsinə, layihə qurma, proqnozlaşdırma və s. bacarıqlarına cəmiyyətin artan tələbləri ilə gücləndirilir.

Features of the pedagogical activity of the higher school teacher in the modern era
Abstract
The article attempts to analyze the characteristics of the pedagogical activity of a higher school teacher in modern conditions. Based on the analysis of the available literature, the researchers' theoretical and practical contributions to the given issue are determined, and the features that distinguish the pedagogical activity of the higher school teacher from other types of activity are revealed.
Based on the analysis of the scientific intelligence of modern studies, the main components of the activities of higher school teachers are distinguished, such as gnostic, communicative, and organizational. In the article, the indicators of these components were considered separately. Thus, the pedagogical tactics of the formation of the communicative component, the ability to work in a team and in a team, respect the opinion of others (both colleagues and students), and the ability to adequately accept criticism; readiness for mutual assistance and mutual understanding, etc. such indicators were considered.
It has been proven that the indicators of the formation of the organizational component should be considered as the teacher's ability to self-organize his pedagogical activity, as well as the ability to organize the educational work of students.
It has been proven that the current state of the quality of education depends on the level of the graduate's competencies, project building, forecasting, etc. skills are reinforced by society's growing demands.
