Tədqiqatın nəticələri – KOS subyektlərinin dəstəklənməsi sahəsində iqtisadi və texnoloji vasitələrdən istifadə edilməsi sahəsində təkliflər müəyyənləşdirilmişdir.
Tədqiqatın orjinallığı və elmi yeniliyi – KOS subyektlərinə dövlət dəstəyinin formaları və metodlarının hər bir ölkənin təbii və iqtisadi xüsusiyyətlərinə, iqtisadi sistemin tipindən və xarakterindən, dövlət büdcəsindən asılılığı müəyyənləşdirilmişdir.

Economic mechanism of small and medium entrepreneurship and some issues on its
forming of component elements
Abstract
The purpose of the research is to study the world experience related to the development of SME.
Methodology of the research - analysis and generalization methods were used in the research work.
Research importance of the study - the forms of state support to the subjects of SME are classified and its applications to the country's economy, including the IEE, are determined.
The results of the research - suggestions for the use of economic and technological means in the field of supporting SME subjects have been defined.
The originality and scientific novelty of the research - the dependence of the forms and methods of state support for SMEs on the natural and economic characteristics of each country, on the type and character of the economic system, and on the state budget was determined.
