HÜQUQİ KONTEKSTDƏ

Xülasə

Korrupsiya, ictimai və özəl sektorlarda mühüm bir problemdir. Korrupsiyaya əleyhinə Birləşmiş Millətlər Konvensiyası (UNCAC) bu problemə müstəqil bir perspektivdə yanaşmağa nail olan beynəlxalq bir sazişdir. Bu məqalədə UNCAC, rüşvət, vəzifədə sui-istifadə və sair korrupsiya aktlarına qarşı mübarizənin gücləndirilməsi və eyni zamanda bu sazişin ölkələr arasında tərəfdaşlığın və əməkdaşlığın təşviqi üçün zəruri prinsipləri tədqiq edilir. Həmçinin dövlətdaxili qanunvericilik aktlarının və beynəlxalq konvensiyaların tətbiqi xüsusiyyətlərinin araşdırılması da məqalənin predmetini təşkil edir.

The fight against corruption in the domestic and international legal context

Abstract

Corruption is a significant problem in both public and private sectors. The United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) is an international agreement that approaches this issue from an independent perspective. In this article, UNCAC is explored as a treaty that strengthens the fight against corruption, including bribery, abuse of power, and other corrupt practices. Simultaneously, the essential principles for fostering partnership and cooperation between countries are examined. The implementation of domestic legislative acts and the enforcement of international conventions are also investigated.
