SEÇKİ HÜQUQU VƏ ONUN TƏMİNİ MEXANİZMLƏRİ
Xülasə
Vətəndaşların siyasi hüquqlarından biri hesab edilən seçki hüququ öz əhəmiyyəti və mühümlüyü ilə digərlərindən fərqlənir. Bu hüququn təmini mahiyyət etibarı ilə demokratik cəmiyyətin əsas ünsürlərindən biri sayılır.
Belə ki, vətəndaşların öz seçki hüquqlarından istifadəsi nəticəsində dövlət hakimiyyəti orqanlarının seçkilər yolu ilə təşkilinə nail olunur ki, bu da həmin orqanların vətəndaşların iradəsi əsasında formalaşması və fəaliyyət göstərməsi kimi müsbət nəticələr verir. Bundan əlavə, seçkilər nəticəsində vətəndaşların siyasi fəallığına da nail olunur və dövlət, cəmiyyət üçün mühüm məsələlər məhz xalqın iradəsi nəzərə alınmaqla həll edilir. Seçki hüququnun təmini sahəsində əsas sənədlərdən biri ATƏM-in Kopenhagen Müşavirəsinin sənədi hesab edilir. Bu məqalədə vətəndaşların seçki hüququ və onun müdafiəsinin təmini ilə bağlı məsələlər, eyni zamanda bu sahədə beynəlxalq sənədlər və dövlətdaxili qanunvericilik aktları tədqiq edilmişdir.

Suffrage and the mechanisms of its provision
Abstract
Suffrage, which is considered one of the political rights of citizens, differs from others in its significance and importance. Ensuring this right is essentially one of the main elements of a democratic society.
Thus, as a result of citizens' use of their electoral rights, the formation of state power bodies is achieved through elections, which gives positive results such as the formation and functioning of these bodies based on the will of citizens. In addition, political activity of citizens is achieved as a result of elections, and important issues for the state and society are resolved precisely by taking into account the will of the people. One of the main documents in the field of ensuring the right to vote is the document of the Copenhagen Council of the OSCE. In this article, the issues related to the right of citizens to vote and ensuring its protection, as well as international documents and domestic legislative acts in this field have been searched.
