ƏDALƏT MÜHAKİMƏSİNİN PRİNSİPLƏRİ VƏ ŞƏRTLƏRİ
Xülasə
Ədalət mühakiməsinin əsas prinsipləri bunlardır: Məhkəmələrin müstəqilliyi, bərabərlik və qərəzsizlik, qanunun aliliyi, toxunulmazlıq, şəffaflıq, ictimai iştirakçılıq, hüquqi təminatlar, hüquqi səriştə və maarifləndirmə, hüquqların pozulmasından müdafiə, hüquqların bərabər müdafiəsi və qanunun universallığı. Bu prinsiplər ədalət mühakiməsinin fəaliyyətini təmin etmək üçün hüquq sisteminin digər ictimai qurumlardan müstəqil olmasını, hamının qanun qarşısında bərabər olduğu və məhkəmələrin qərəzsizliyinin təmin edildiyi mühiti qəbul etməyi, qanunun ən yüksək səlahiyyətə malik olduğunu vurğulamağı tələb edir. dövlət və fərdlər, məhkəmə qərarlarına hörmət etmək, şəffaf hüquqi prosesləri və qərarları təmin etmək, ictimai inamı artırmaq, demokratik cəmiyyətdə cəmiyyətin hüquqi proseslərdə iştirak etmək hüququnun vacib olduğunu, fərdlərin əsas hüquqlarının müdafiəsi üçün hüquqi təminatların təmin edilməli olduğunu , ədliyyə sisteminin səmərəli fəaliyyət göstərməsi üçün hüquq mütəxəssislərinin adekvat təlim keçməli və peşəkar inkişafını davam etdirməli, hüquq pozuntularına qarşı səmərəli müdafiə təmin edilməlidir. hüquqların bərabər müdafiəsi və qanunun universallığı prinsipləri: bu prinsiplər ədalətli məhkəmə sistemi yaratmaqla qanunun aliliyini gücləndirmək məqsədi daşıyır.

Principles and conditions of justice judgment
Abstract
The basic principles of justice are: Independence of courts, equality and impartiality, rule of law, immunity, transparency, public participation, legal guarantees, legal competence and education, protection from violations of rights, equal protection of rights and universality of law. These principles require the legal system to be independent from other public institutions to ensure the functioning of justice, to adopt an environment where everyone is equal before the law and the impartiality of the courts is ensured, to emphasize that the law has the highest authority over the state and individuals, to respect court decisions, to ensure transparent legal processes and decisions increase public confidence, that the public's right to participate in legal processes is essential in a democratic society, that legal guarantees must be provided to protect the fundamental rights of individuals, that legal professionals must receive adequate training and continue their professional development in order for the justice system to function effectively, that effective protection must be provided against violations of rights. The principles of equal protection of rights and universality of law: these principles aim to strengthen the rule of law by creating a fair judicial system.
