LİZİNQ ƏMƏLİYYATLARININ UÇOTU

Biznes sahəsi sayılan lizinq vacib əhəmiyyəti olan iqtisadi hadisədir. Məhz buna görə dünya kommersiya praktikasında “lizinq” terminindən geniş şəkildə istifadə edilir. Lizinqin əhəmiyyəti bununla müəyyən edilir ki, o təkcə investisiya rolunu oynamır, eyni zamanda kredit kimi əhəmiyyətə malikdir. Lizinq qeyri-pul formasında yəni, maşın, avadanlıq və digər istehsal vasitələrinin satın alınması üçün verilən kredit deməkdir.

XX əsrin əvvəllərində iqtisadi münasibətlərin inkişafı kreditləşmənin yeni növünün yaranmasına gətirib çıxardı ki, bununla da lizinq maliyyələşdirmə praktikasının başlanğıcı qoyuldu. Lizinq istehsalın texniki cəhətdən təzələnməsində və onun yeni təchizat vasitələri ilə təmin olunmasında güclü impuls rolunu oynayır. Lizinq sayəsində bazarı yüksək keyfiyyətli Lizinq sayəsində bazarı yüksək keyfiyyətli mallarla təmin etmək mümkün olur ki, bunun nəticəsində lizinq müasir dövrdə bazar infrastrukturunun vacib elementinə çevrilmişdir. Məqalədə lizinq əməliyyatlarının mahiyyəti və lizinq əməliyyatları uçotunun müasir vəziyyəti araşdırılmışdır.

Accounting of leasing transactions

Abstract

Leasing, which is considered a business area, is an important economic event. That is why the term “leasing” is widely used in world commercial practice. The importance of leasing is determined by the fact that it not only plays the role of investment, but also has the importance of a loan. Leasing means a loan in non-monetary form, that is, for the purchase of machinery, equipment and other means of production.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the development of economic relations led to the emergence of a new type of lending, which led to the beginning of the practice of leasing financing. Leasing plays the role of a strong impulse in the technical renewal of production and providing it with new means of supply. High-quality market thanks to leasing. Thanks to leasing, it is possible to supply the market with high-quality goods, as a result of which leasing has become an important element of market infrastructure in modern times. The essence of leasing operations and the modern state of accounting of leasing operations are examined in the article.
