AZƏRBAYCAN RESPUBLİKASI MALİYYƏ NAZİRLİYİNİN BEYNƏLXALQ ƏMƏKDAŞLIĞI

Azərbaycan Respublikası Maliyyə Nazirliyi Azərbaycan Respublikasında maliyyə siyasətini həyata keçirən və dövlət maliyyəsinin idarə olunmasını təşkil edən mərkəzi icra hakimiyyəti orqanıdır. Maliyyə Nazirliyi Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2009-cu il 09 fevral tarixli 48 nömrəi Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmiş Əsasnaməyə uyğun olaraq fəaliyyət göstərir.

Həmin Fərmanla Nazirliyin strukturu və onun strukturuna daxil olan Dövlət Xəzinədarlığı Agentliyi, Dövlət Borcu və Maliyyə Öhdəliklərinin İdarə Edilməsi Agentliyi və Dövlət Maliyyə Nəzarəti Xidmətinin də Əsasnamələri təsdiq edilmişdir.

Maliyyə Nazirliyinin Əsasnaməsinə uyğun olaraq Nazirliyin aparatı və Dövlət Xəzinədarlığı Agentliyi, Dövlət Borcu və Maliyyə Öhdəliklərinin İdarə Edilməsi Agentliyi, Dövlət Maliyyə Nəzarəti Xidməti, Nazirliyin yerli bölmələri və tabeliyində olan digər qurumlar Nazirliyin vahid sistemini təşkil edir. Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi Nazirliyin sisteminə daxildir.

Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabinetinin 2010-cu il 06 aprel tarixli 55 nömrəli Qərarı ilə Azərbaycan Respublikası Maliyyə Nazirliyinin strukturuna daxil olmayan tabeliyindəki qurumların siyahısı təsdiq olunmuşdur. Həmin qurumlar aşağıdakılardır: Maliyyə Elm-Tədris Mərkəzi, Məlumat-Hesablama Mərkəzi və “Maliyyə və uçot jurnalı redaksiyası” Məhdud Məsuliyyətli Cəmiyyəti daxildir.

International cooperation of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the central executive authority that implements financial policy and organizes the management of state finances in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Finance operates in accordance with the Regulations approved by the Decree No. 48 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 9, 2009.

With that Decree, the structure of the Ministry and the Regulations of the State Treasury Agency, the State Debt and Financial Liabilities Management Agency and the State Financial Control Service included in its structure were approved.

In accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance, the apparatus of the Ministry and the State Treasury Agency, the State Debt and Financial Liabilities Management Agency, the State Financial Control Service, the Ministry's local divisions and other subordinate institutions constitute the Ministry's unified system. The Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is included in the system of the Ministry.

By Resolution No. 55 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 6, 2010, the list of subordinate institutions not included in the structure of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan was approved. Those institutions are as follows: Financial Science-Education Center, Data-Computing Center and "Finance and Accounting Journal Editorial" Limited Liability Company.
