AZƏRBAYCANDA YÜNGÜL VƏ YEYİNTİ SƏNAYESİNİN İNKİŞAFI: 

ƏRZAQ TƏHLÜKƏSİZLİYİ PROBLEMLƏRİ

Xülasə

Azərbaycan Respublikasında neft sənayesi ilə yanaşı, qeyri-neft sektorunun inkişafı istiqamətində müəyyən addımlar atılır. Azərbaycan neft və qazın ixracından əldə edilən gəlirləri iqtisadiyyatın digər sahələrinə yönəldərək şaxələndirmə siyasətinə üstünlük verir. Bu baxımdan Azərbaycanda tələbat duyulan əsas sahələrdən biri yüngül və yeyinti sənayesinin inkişaf etdirilməsi dövlətin qarşısında mühüm vəzifələr qoyur. Azərbaycan işğaldan azad olunmuş ərazilərdə yüngül və yeyinti sənayesinin inkişafını və bu sahədə dünya təcrübəsinin tətbiq edilməsini əsas vəzifələrdən biri kimi müəyyənləşdirmişdir.  

Məqalədə 2003-cü ildən etibarən Azərbaycanda yüngül və yeyinti sənayesinin inkişaf dinamikası izlənilmişdir. Tədqiq edilən dövrdə yüngül və yeyinti sənayesində əsas problemlər, inkişafa mane olan amillər, bu məhdudiyyətlərin aradan qaldırılması istiqamətində həyata keçirilən islahatlar göstərilmişdir. Müəllif göstərmişdir ki, kənd təsərrüfatı sahəsində bir sıra maneələrin aradan qaldırılması Azərbaycanda yeyinti sənayesinin inkişafına və əhalinin ərzaq təhlükəsizliyinin təmin edilməsinə xidmət edir.

Development of the light and food industry in Azerbaijan: problems of food safety

Abstract

Along with the oil industry, certain steps are being taken in the development of the non-oil sector in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan prefers a policy of diversification, directing revenues from the export of oil and gas to other sectors of the economy. From this point of view, the development of the light and food industry, one of the main areas in demand in Azerbaijan, poses important tasks for the state. Azerbaijan has identified the development of the light and food industry in the liberated territories and the application of world experience in this area as one of the main tasks.

In the article, since 2003, the development dynamics of the light and food industry in Azerbaijan have been followed. In the studied period, the main problems in the light and food industry, the factors hindering development, and the reforms carried out in the direction of eliminating these restrictions are shown. The author has shown that the elimination of a number of obstacles in the field of agriculture serves the development of the food industry in Azerbaijan and ensuring the food security of the population.
