TOKSOPLASMA GONDİİ İNFEKSİYASINA YOLUXMUŞ ŞƏXSLƏRİN 

İMMUN GÖSTƏRİCİLƏRİ

Xülasə

Opportonist infeksiyalar (fürsətçi infeksiyalar) dövrümüzün aktual problemlərindəndir. Belə ki, fürsətçi infeksiyalar (Oİ) immun sistemi zəif olan, məsələn, HİV, xərçəng və ya digər xroniki xəstəlikləri olan şəxslərdə baş verən infeksiyalar qrupudur. Bu infeksiyalar sağlam fərdlərdə deyil, zəifləmiş immun sisteminə malik olan şəxslərdə ağır xəstəliyə səbəb ola bilən patogenlər tərəfindən törədilir. Bu patogenlərin aktual olanlarından biri də T.gondidir. Yoluxma zamanı immun göstəricilərdə – T və B limfositlər, TLR, İLCs, İl, DC və s-də ciddi dəyişikliklər nəzərə çarpır. Məqalədə  immun göstəricilərdə baş verən dəyişikliklər haqqında olan məlumatlar araşdırılmışdır.

In persons infected with toxoplasma gonidi infection immune indicators

Abstract

Opportunistic infections are one of the urgent problems of our time. Thus, opportunistic infections (OIs) are a group of infections that occur in people with weakened immune systems, such as HIV, cancer, or other chronic diseases. These infections are caused by pathogens that can cause severe disease in individuals with weakened immune systems, rather than in healthy individuals. One of the most relevant of these pathogens is T. gondii. During infection, serious changes are noticeable in immune indicators - T and B lymphocytes, TLR, ILCs, Il, DC, etc. The article explores the information about the changes in immune indicators.
