Xəzər dənizi – Abşeron ərazisində gedən təbii proseslərin və antropogen fəaliyyətlərin ekoloji-iqtisadi aspektləri

Məqalədə Xəzər dənizi və onun Abşeron sahillərində baş verən təbii və antropogen xarakterli dəyişikliklərin ekoloji və iqtisadi təsirləri araşdırılır. Xüsusilə Xəzər dənizinin səviyyə tərəddüdlərinin Abşeron yarımadası sahillərində yerləşən turizm obyektlərinə vuracağı potensial ziyan, sahillərdə nəzarətin yetərli olmadığı halda baş verəcək sahil eroziyalarının güclü mənfi təsirləri təhlil edilir. Məqalədə qeyd olunur ki, vaxtında önləyici tədbirlər alınmazsa, bu eroziya prosesləri turizm sektoruna ciddi zərər verə bilər. Tədqiqat həmçinin Xəzər dənizindəki iqtisadi fəaliyyətlərin, xüsusən də neft hasilatı və turizm sektorunun ekoloji problemləri dərinləşdirə biləcəyini vurğulayır. Çirklənmə və invaziv növlərin yayılması biomüxtəlifliyin azalmasına və ətraf mühitin zərər görməsinə gətirib çıxarır. Bununla yanaşı, Azərbaycanın əsas gəlir mənbələrindən olan nərə balığı ticarətinə də zərbə vura bilər ki, bu da ölkənin iqtisadi gəlirlərində azalmaya səbəb ola bilər. Yaşıl iqtisadiyyata keçid və davamlı turizm strategiyalarının tətbiqi isə bu problemlərin həllində vacib addımlardan biri kimi göstərilir. Məqalədə regional əməkdaşlığın əhəmiyyəti və davamlı ekoloji siyasətlərin tətbiqi də qeyd olunur. Nəticə olaraq, Xəzər dənizinin ekoloji problemlərinin həlli üçün dövlətlərarası əməkdaşlıq və ekoloji təmiz texnologiyaların inkişaf etdirilməsi zəruri hesab edilir.

The Ecological-Economic Aspects of Natural Processes and Anthropogenic Activities Occurring in the Caspian Sea - Absheron Region

Abstract

The article examines the ecological and economic effects of the natural and anthropogenic changes occurring in the Caspian Sea and its Absheron coast. In particular, it analyzes the potential damage that fluctuations in the sea level of the Caspian could cause to tourism facilities located along the coasts of the Absheron Peninsula, as well as the significant negative effects of coastal erosion that may occur if coastal management is insufficient. The article notes that if preventive measures are not taken in time, these erosion processes could severely damage the tourism sector.

The research also highlights that economic activities in the Caspian Sea, especially oil extraction and the tourism sector, could exacerbate environmental problems. Pollution and the spread of invasive species lead to a reduction in biodiversity and environmental degradation. In addition, it may adversely affect the sturgeon trade, one of Azerbaijan's main sources of income, potentially resulting in a decrease in the country’s economic revenues. The transition to a green economy and the implementation of sustainable tourism strategies are presented as crucial steps in addressing these problems. The article also emphasizes the importance of regional cooperation and the adoption of sustainable environmental policies. In conclusion, interstate cooperation and the development of environmentally friendly technologies are deemed necessary to solve the Caspian Sea’s ecological problems.
