Abstract
The audit of insurance sales is an essential tool for evaluating the effectiveness of sales processes, identifying risks, and improving management. During the audit process, a comprehensive analysis of sales strategies, customer base, contract terms, and operational risks is conducted. Additionally, the audit helps assess the profitability of insurance companies, the efficiency of sales channels, and customer satisfaction. When performed correctly, the audit of insurance sales enables companies to enhance their sales performance, strengthen their market position, and develop sustainable growth strategies.
