Diagnostics of the Economic Indicators of the Enterprise
Abstract
This article examines the revenue, expenses, and formation of financial results obtained by an enterprise within the framework of its economic and financial activities. It also explores the analysis and management of income, expenses, and financial outcomes generated in the course of the enterprise’s economic activities. The primary goal of an enterprise’s economic activity is to achieve high income through production and service operations and to generate profit that exceeds the costs incurred in its economic activities. The economic meaning, types, and classification of revenue are clearly explained, and its stable and irregular forms are compared. The article also explains the functions of accounting and financial reporting and highlights their importance in managerial decision-making.
The identification of financial results, calculation of income and losses, as well as the significance of net profit are analyzed. The importance of proper allocation of income and expenses in evaluating the enterprise’s performance is emphasized. Additionally, the article addresses the organization of audits, risk analysis, and the proper conduct of analytical accounting. The study also investigates the distribution of enterprise profit and how profit distribution policies affect financial investment decisions. In conclusion, the analysis of financial indicators and the implementation of an effective management system are presented as essential conditions for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
