Repetition and Generalization of Some Topics of the Physics Course
Abstract
Despite the application of various innovative methods, technical and technological means in modern educational programs, the teaching and learning process is constantly evolving. The special role of the methodology is applied by the teacher for the delivery of any information to the learner and its assimilation by the learner is undeniable. Since the study of each topic requires a different methodological approach, qualitatively updating the content of the lessons while maintaining a conceptual scientific approach is one of the important factors.
The presented article provides a brief analysis and conclusion of the topic of kinematic equations of motion in the “Kinematics” section of the physics course during preparation for the exam. The methodology that we consider optimal for assessing the level of assimilation of the topic is proposed. In organizing and conducting the lesson, the center of gravity is shifted to the process of selecting problems and exercises in which students are active participants in the application of fundamental theoretical knowledge, and at the same time, priority is given to solving practical problems, which, by becoming a kind of factual material demonstrating the visibility of physical laws, demonstrates that these laws are objective laws within certain limits. In our opinion, it would be advisable for the subject teacher to prepare a final lesson version of each topic.
