Research on the Development of the Effectiveness of Technical Training of 14-15 Year Old Teenage Football Players
Abstract
This article demonstrates the limitations of the traditional reproductive approach by investigating the technical preparation of young football players (14-15 years old) at the primary stage of their sports specialization, leading to the development of techniques that are sufficiently effective in real-life game conditions. Alternatively, a method based on the activation of cognitive processing of motor movements has been proposed. The groups we studied consisted of: a control group (traditional training) (NQ), the first experimental group - with cognitive support, using multimedia technologies (EQ-1), and the second experimental group - without them at all (EQ-2). The results showed that the integration of motor processes, especially with visual feedback, facilitates a deeper mastery of the technique. Technical preparation in football is not a set of predetermined actions, but is manifested as a means of solving problems in emerging game situations. The execution of technical actions in football is always associated with perception, decision-making and prediction. In this article, we have tried to explore innovative means of improving football technical skills.
