Given that the required amount of technical water supply causes environmental problems and is one of the problems of global warming, as well as reducing the amount of water in rivers and water basins, we can achieve a more environmentally efficient cooling system by switching from traditional to closed indoor cooling systems of the thermal power plants. Thus we can use water more efficiently in accordance with climatic conditions.
