The article shows that learning is considered as both a cognitive and a techno logical process, and in both approaches this process can be interpreted as a logically organized system (complete). With the emergent property, the system incorporates subsystems, and there are dialectical connections between the subsystems and the subsystems. The perfection of a system is conditioned by the system of subsystems and the intersystem dialectic, which are separated on a certain logical basis.

The authors consider this approach to be a more acceptable way to form a perfect system of training. They claim that no systematic theoretical and techno logical research has been conducted in this area and that there are theoretical and tech nological shortcomings in the training models presented, which has a negative impact on the effectiveness of training. The article argues that the dialectic should be expec ted between the subsystems and between the subsystems, in accordance with the inva riants of the existing educational space and the emergent nature of the system in accordance with the requirements of modern times.

Məqalədə göstərilir ki, təlimə həm idrak, həm də texnoloji proses kimi baxılır və hər iki yanaşmada bu prosesi məntiqi olaraq təşkilatlanmış sistem (tam) kimi interpre tasiya etmək olar. Sistem emercent xassəsi ilə özündə kiçik sistemləri (alt sistemləri) ehtiva edir və həm alt sistemlərlə tam arasında, həm də alt sistemlərin öz aralarında dialektik əlaqələr mövcuddur. Sistemin mükəmməlliliyi müəyyən məntiqi əsasa görə ayrılan alt sistemlərin sistemlə və alt sistemlərarası dialektika ilə şərtlənir.

Müəlliflər məsələyə bu yanaşmanı təlimin mükəmməl sisteminin formalaşdı rılmasının daha məqbul yolu hesab edirlər. Onlar sözügedən istiqamətdə sistemli şə kildə nəzəri və texnoloji araşdırmalar aparılmadığını və təqdim olunan təlim modellərində nəzəri və texnoloji çatışmazlıqların mövcudluğunu, bunun isə təlimin səmərə liliyinə mənfi təsir göstərməsini iddia edirlər. Məqalədə əsaslandırılır ki, təlim siste mində çağdaş zamanın tələblərinə uyğun təhsil məkanını mövcud edən invariantlara və həmin sistemin emercent təbiətinə uyğun həm onunla alt sistemlərin arasında, həm də alt sistemlərin öz aralarında dialektika gözlənilməlidir.
