Təqdim olunan məqalədə müqavilə anlayışı, onun əsas tərkibi, mahiyyəti, şərtləri təhlil edilmişdir. Müqavilənin standart şərtləri kateqoriyalara ayrılaraq göstərilmiş və hər biri üçün ayrılıqda izahı verilmişdir. Bununla yanaşı müqavilə şərtləri və müqavilə müddəaları arasındakı fərqlər də qeyd edilərək, anlayışlar arasındakı əlaqələr müəyyənləşdirilir. Müqavilə təşkili adətən işgüzar münasibətlərin formalaşmasında, həmçinin ortaqlıq prinsiplərinin qorunmasında əhəmiyyətlidir. Müqavilə yazılması xüsusi diqqət və bacarıq tələb edən prosesdir. Qanunvericiliyin maddələrini nəzərə alaraq şərtlərin tələbləri maddələrlə qeyd edilməkdədir. Bu araşdırmada müqavilə bağlanmasının əhəmiyyətinə, müqavilə şərtlərinin təşkilinə, yaranacaq problemlər qarşısında hüquqi tələblərin təminatına toxunulmuşdur.

Standard terms of the contract
Abstract
This article is an analysis of the concept of a contract, its main components, essence, and conditions. The standard terms and conditions of the contract are defined according to categories and a separate description is given for each of these categories. However, the differences between contractual terms and conditions and contractual provisions are noted, and links are drawn between the concepts.
The form of the contract often plays an important role in the shaping of industrial relations and the maintenance of the principles of partnership. Writing a contract is a process that requires special attention and skill. The requirements of the conditions that are subject to the articles of the legislation are determined by the articles. This work considers the importance of concluding the contract, regulating the terms of the contract, and providing legal requirements in the face of emerging problems.
