Müəllif məqaləsində dövlət müəssisələrində idarəçiliyin təkmilləşdirilməsinin müasir təşkilati quruluşlarını, böhranlı vəziyyətlərdə çevik idarəçilik metodunu tədqiq etmişdir. O, konkret bir dövlət qurumunun timsalında respublikamızda dövlət müəssisələrinin idarəçiliyində tətbiq edilən yeni metodlara diqqət yetirməklə, demək istəmişdir ki, bugünkü dövrün tələbləri ilə ayaqlaşmağı bacarmaq çox vacibdir. Müəllif Prezident İlham Əliyevin rəhbərliyi altında Respublikada həyata keçiriliən islahatları yüksək dəyərləndirərək, Kənd Təsərrüfatı Nazirliyinin timsalında, idarəçiliyin müasirləşdirilməsini vacib hesab edir. Cənab Prezidentin atdığı bütün addımların dövlətimizin daha da gücləndirilməsinə, əhalinin sosial rifahının yaxşılaşdırılmasına xidmət etdiyini önə çəkən müəllifin araşdırmasını uğurlu saymaq olar.
Müəllif araşdırmasında həmçinin kənd təsərrüfatının idarəedilməsində Elektron Kənd Təsərrüfatı İnformasiya Sisteminin yaradılmasını önəmli hesab edir. Bu sistem qərar verməyə kömək etməklə yanaşı, gələcək inkişaf üçün planlama işlərinin görülməsini sürətləndirə bilər. Eyni zamanda xarici əlaqələrin yaradılmasında, ixrac əməliyyatının aparılmasında bu sistemin çox böyük faydası olar.

Improvement of management in state enterprises
Abstract
İn the author’s article, he studied the modern orqanizational structure of improving management in state enterprises, the method of flexible management in crisis situations. He wanted to say that it is very important to be able to keep up with the requiqrements of today’s era by paying attention to the new methods applied in the management of state enterprises in our republic on the example of a specific state institution. The author highly appreciates the reforms carried out in the Respublic under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and considers it important to modernize the administration in the example of the Ministry of Agriculture. The author’s research, which emphasizes that all the steps taken by Mr. President serve to further strengthen our state and improve the social welfare of the population, can be considered successful.
In his research, the author also considers the creation of an agricultural Information System Important. This system can help in decision making and speed up planning for future development. At the same time, this system will be very useful in establishing foreign relations and conducting export operations.
