Lider və liderlik anlayışları son illərdə idarəetmə sahəsində ən çox diqqət çəkən məsələlərdən biridir. Lider, təşkilatda işçiləri motivasiya etməklə təşkilatdakı səmərəliliyin artırılmasına cavabdehdir. Liderin üslubu və davranışı birbaşa işçinin motivasiya, məmnunluq və bağlılıq səviyyəsinə təsir göstərir. Bu səbəbdən təşkilatın uğurunun işçilərin uğurundan keçə biləcəyi fikri lider tərəfindən diqqətdən kənarda qalmamalıdır. Məqalədə ən geniş yayılmış liderlik üslubları haqqında ümumi məlumat verilmiş və bu üslubların işçilərin motivasiyası üzərində effektinin müxtəlifliyi araşdırılmışdır.

Effects of different leadership styles on motivation
Abstract
The concept of leader and leadership is one of the most important issues in the field of management in recent years. The leader is responsible for increasing the efficiency of the organization by motivating the employees in the organization. The leader's style and behavior directly affect the employee's level of motivation, satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, the idea that the success of the organization can pass through the success of the employees should not be ignored by the leader. The article provides general information about the most common leadership styles and examines the diversity of the effect of these styles on the motivation of employees.
