SOSİAL SAHİBKARLIQ VƏ DÖVLƏTİN SOSİAL SAHİBKARLIQ ÜZƏRİNDƏKİ ROLU

Sahibkarlığın növlərindən biri də sosial sahibkarlıqdır. Günümüzdə artmaqda olan sosial sahibkarlıq insanların sosial ehtiyaclarını qarşılamağa xidmət edir. Sosial sahibkarlığı digər sahibkarlıq növlərindən fərqləndirən gəlir əldə etmək məqsədinin olmamasıdır. Bir çox müxtəlif növləri olan sosial sahibkarlıq təkcə insanların marağın çəkmir həmçinin dövlətin, universitetlərin də maraq dairəsindədir. Dövlət sosial sahibkarlara dəstək göstərərək onları daha da həvəsləndirir. Dünyada bir çox dövlət qurumları sosial sahibkarlarla yaxından maraqlanır. Qonşu dövlət olan Türkiyədə Türkiyə Cümhuriyyətinin yaranması ilə ölkədə sahibkarlıq sahəsində bir sıra irəliləyişlər baş vermişdir. Türkiyə Cümhuriyyətində Dövlət və bələdiyyə idarələri sosial xidmətlər göstərilməsi üçün bir sıra yeni sahələr yaratmışlar. Yaşlılar üçün xidmətlər:Şəhəriçi ödənişsiz nəqliyyat xidməti, ödənişsiz müayinə, qocalar evi, psixoloji məsləhət xidmətləri,dərman və qida vasitələri və.s. Azərbaycanda da həmçinin dövlət sosial sahibkarlığa xüsusi diqqət ayırmaqdadır. Bunun üçün 2018-ci ildə Dayanıqlı və Operativ Sosial Təminat Agentliyi (DOST) egentliyi yaradılmışdır. Bu qurum az təminatlı ailələrə,şəhid,qazi ailələrinə təmənnasız xidmət edir. Onların güzəştli xidmətlərdən (müalicə, putyovka, səyahət və s.) yararlanmasını təmin edir.

Social entrepreneurship and the state's role in social entrepreneurship

Abstract

One of the types of entrepreneurship is social entrepreneurship. Social entrepreneurship, which is growing today, serves to meet people's social needs. What distinguishes social entrepreneurship from other types of entrepreneurship is the absence of the goal of obtaining income. Social entrepreneurship, which has many different types, is of interest not only to people, but also to the state and universities. The state supports social entrepreneurs and further encourages them. Many government agencies around the world are closely interested in social entrepreneurs. With the establishment of the Republic of Turkey in neighboring Turkey, a number of advances in the field of entrepreneurship have taken place in the country. State and municipal administrations in the Republic of Turkey have created a number of new areas for the provision of social services. Services for the elderly: free intercity transportation service, free examination, nursing home, psychological counseling services, medicine and food products, etc. In Azerbaijan, the state pays special attention to social entrepreneurship. For this purpose, the Sustainable and Operative Social Security Agency (DOST) agency was established in 2018. This institution provides free services to low-income families, families of martyrs and veterans. It ensures that they benefit from discounted services (treatment, travel, etc.).
