Oyun uşaqlıq illərinin yol göstəricisidir, oyun prosesində onlar öz təəssüratlarını daha çox ifadə etməyə çalışırlar. Oyun uşağın fiziki inkişafında, həyatı dərk etməsində mühüm rol oynadığı kimi psixoloji inkişafında da özünəməxsus əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. Uşaqda oyun zamanı fəaliyyət, iradi səy formalaşır. Məqsədə müstəqil surətdə nail olmaq, qarşıya çıxan çətinlikləri aradan qaldırmaq uşaq oyununun başlıca məqsədini təşkil edir. Oyun uşağın təfəkkürünün və nitqinin inkişafını təmin edir. Oyun uşağın bu dövrdə nitqi ilə yanaşı, fantaziyasını və yaradıcı qabiliyyətini inkişaf etdirir. İntellektual oyunlar uşaqların nitqinin istər fonetik, istərsə də qrammatik cəhətdən formalaşmasında və lüğət ehtiyatının zənginləşdirilməsində ən yaxşı vasitəsidir. Digər tərəfdən oyunlar uşaqların davranışına, həyat hadisələrinə müəyyən münasibəti tərbiyə edən, onların hərtərəfli inkişafına cavab verən fəaliyyət növüdür.

Prerequisites for speech development of pre-school children through
intellectual games
Abstract
The game is a guide of childhood, in the process of playing they try to express their impressions more. The game plays an important role in the child's physical development and understanding of life, as well as its psychological development. Activity and voluntary effort are formed in the child during the game. Achieving the goal at an independent speed and overcoming the difficulties is the main goal of the children's game. The game ensures the development of the child's thinking and speech. The game develops the child's imagination and creativity along with his speech during this period. Intellectual games are the best means of developing children's speech both phonetically and grammatically and enriching their vocabulary. On the other hand, games are a type of activity that nurtures a certain attitude to children's behavior and life events, and responds to their comprehensive development.
