BAZA TƏHSİLİNİN YETƏRLİLİYİ İLƏ MÜƏLLİMLİK PEŞƏSİNƏ
SADİQLİK ARASINDAKİ ƏLAQƏ (GƏNC MÜƏLLİMLƏRƏ MÜNASİBƏTDƏ)

Bu tədqiqatın məqsədi gənc müəllimlərin aldıqları bazatəhsilinin yetərliliyi ilə müəllimlik peşəsinə olan sadiqlik arasındakı əlaqəni araşdırmaqdır. Tədqiqatın hədəf kütləsi 2022-2023-cü tədris ilində respublikanın müxtəlif regionlarında yerləşən ümumi təhsil müəssisələrində işləyən 35 minə yaxın gənc müəllimdir. Tədqiqatın fokus qrupunu bu populyasiyadan təsadüfi üsulla seçilmiş 878 müəllim təşkil edir. Tədqiqatda əlaqəli sorğu modelindən istifadə edilmişdir. Məlumatların toplanması üçün Kozikoğlu və Senemoğlu (2018) tərəfindən hazırlanmış “Bazatəhsilin Yetərliliyinə Dair Müəllim Təəssüratı Ölçmə Vasitəsi” və “Müəllimlik Peşəsinə Sadiqlik Ölçmə Vasitəsi”ndən istifadə edilmişdir.
Tədqiqatın nəticələri bazatəhsilinin yetərliliyi ilə müəllimlik peşəsinə sadiqlik arasında orta səviyyədə müsbət yöndə bir əlaqənin olduğunu göstərir. Bundan əlavə bazatəhsilinin yetərliliyinin müəllimlərin peşəyə olan sadiqliyi üzərində təsirli olduğu görünmüşdür. Bazatəhsilinin yetərliliyi müəllimlərin peşəyə olan bağlılığının 10%-ni, şagirdlərə olan bağlılığının 14%-ni və onların fədakarlıqlarının 12%-ni açıqlamışdır.

The relationship between loyalty to the teaching profession and basic education sufficience
(in attitude to young teachers)
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the adequacy of basic education received by young teachers and commitment to the teaching profession. The target population of the study is about 35 thousand young teachers working in general educational institutions located in different regions of the republic in the 2022-2023 academic year. The focus group of the study consists of 878 teachers randomly selected from this population. A linked survey model was used in the study. The "Measurement Tool for Teacher Impressions of Adequacy of Basic Education" and "Measuring Tool for Loyalty to the Teaching Profession" developed by Kozikoglu and Senemoglu (2018) were used to collect data.
The results of the study show that there is a moderately positive relationship between the adequacy of basic education and commitment to the teaching profession. In addition, it was seen that the adequacy of basic education has an effect on teachers' commitment to the profession. Adequacy of basic education explained 10% of teachers' commitment to the profession, 14% of their commitment to students, and 12% of their dedication.
