“AZƏRCONNECT” ŞİRKƏTİNİN NÜMUNƏSİNDƏN İSTİFADƏ EDİLƏN LAYİHƏDAXİLİ KOMMUNİKASİYALARIN LAYİHƏLƏRİN UĞURUNA TƏSİRİNİN TƏHLİLİ

Bu məqalədə layihədaxili kommunikasiyalardan istifadənin xüsusiyyətləri müzakirə olunur. Məlumdur ki, effektiv kommunikasiya layihələrin uğurlu idarə olunmasında əsas amildir. Bu, layihə komandalarına birlikdə səmərəli işləməyə, maraqlı tərəfləri məlumatlandırmaq və son nəticədə layihənin uğuruna töhfə vermək imkanı verir. Layihənin idarə edilməsində effektiv ünsiyyətin əhəmiyyətini qiymətləndirmək olmaz. Layihə idarəetmə institutunun araşdırması göstərdi ki, zəif ünsiyyət layihənin uğursuzluğunda əsas amildir. Ünsiyyət aydın, qısa və vaxtında olarsa, bu, inamın artmasına, daha effektiv qərarların qəbul edilməsinə və ümumi məhsuldarlığın artmasına səbəb olur. Əksinə, zəif ünsiyyət anlaşılmazlıqlara, boş resurslara və komanda üzvlərinin və maraqlı tərəflərin öhdəliklərinin olmamasına səbəb ola bilər. “Azərconnect şirkəti” əsasında aparılan tədqiqat işində layihədaxili kommunikasiyalardan istifadə amilləri və onların xüsusiyyətləri öyrənilir.

Analysis of the impact on the success of projects of inter-project communications used

on the based example of “Azerconnect” company

Abstract

This article discusses the specifics of using intra-project communications. It is known that effective communication is a key factor in successful project management. It enables project teams to work together effectively, inform stakeholders and ultimately contribute to project success. The importance of effective communication in project management cannot be overstated. A study by the Project Management Institute found that poor communication is a major factor in project failures. When communication is clear, concise, and timely, it leads to increased confidence, better decision-making, and improved overall performance. Conversely, poor communication can lead to misunderstandings, wasted resources, and lack of commitment from team members and stakeholders. In the research work, the use factors of intra-project communications and their characteristics are studied on the basis of “Azerconnect” company.
