ÜMUMTƏHSİL MƏKTƏBLƏRİNDƏ DİSTANT TƏHSİLİN İDARƏOLUNMASINDA YENİ TƏKLİFLƏR

Məqalə distant təhsilin səmərəli idarəolunmasında bir sıra ədəbiyyat nümunələrində aparılan təhlilin nəticələrinə uyğun ən dəyərli təklifləri təqdim edir. Təkliflər toplusu müasir distant və hibrid dərslərinin təşkilində tətbiq oluna biləcək ən səmərəli yolları açıqlayır. Məqalənin məqsədi qeyd olunan təkliflər əsasında distant təhsilin təşkili prinsiplərini yaratmaq və tədris prosesində bu təkliflərin tətbiqi metodikasının əsasını şərh etməkdir. Məqalədə həmçinin Avropa Komissiyası tərəfindən hazırlanmış hibrid təhsilin tətbiqi standartları haqqında məlumatlar da öz əksini tapmışdır. Distant təhsilin pedaqoji-psixoloji üstünlüklərini əks etdirən virtual təhsilin elementləri geniş şərh edilmiş, yenilənmiş texnologiya, zamanın idarə olunması, virtual qarşılıqlı əlaqə, təşəbbüskarlıq, şəxsi özünü idarəetmə, düzgün cədvəl, şagird maraqları, diqqəti yayındırmaqdan çəkinmək, performans təhlili və real statik məqsədlər elementlər kimi açıqlanmışdır. Distant təhsilin pedaqoji-psixoloji üstünlüklərini əks etdirən virtual təhsilin elementlərinin qarşıya çıxan problemlərin həllində rolu izah edilmişdir.

New proposalsin management of distance education in general education

Abstract

The paper offers the best recommendations based on the findings of an analysis of multiple literature samples on the effective administration of distance learning. The compilation of suggestions shows how to set up contemporary hybrid and remote learning environments most successfully. The article's goals are to formulate the guiding principles for distance learning institutions in light of the aforementioned suggestions and to explain the rationale behind the methodology used to implement these recommendations in the teaching and learning process. The article provides information on the application standards for hybrid education that were developed by the European Commission. The benefits of distance education are reflected in the elements of virtual education, which include updated technology, time management, virtual interaction, personal self-management, initiative, a correct schedule, student interests, avoiding distractions, performance analysis, and realistic goals. The article explains the role of these elements in solving problems and how they reflect the pedagogical and psychological advantages of distance education.
