Logistika maddi texniki ehtiyatların axını və saxlanmasının səmərəliliyini planlaşdırma, həyata keçirmə və izləmə prosesidir. Bir məhsulun nəqliyyat, saxlama, gömrük rəsmiləşdirilməsi, qablaşdırma, paylama kimi ilk istehlakçıdan son istehlakçıya qədər olan bütün proseslərə aiddir. 

Logistikanın ümumi məqsədi yüksək keyfiyyətli məhsul göndərmələrini təmin edən material, informasiya, maliyyə, kadr və s. axınların funksional menecmentinin səmərəli, interaktiv sistemini yaratmaqdır.

Theoretical foundations, concepts and tasks of logistics strategy development

Abstract

Logistics is the nprocess of planning, implementing and monitoring the effıciency of the flow and storage of material and technical resources of a product from the fırst consumer to the fınal consumer, such as transportation, storage, customs clearance, packaging, distribution.

The general purpose of logistics is to provide material, information, finance, personnel, etc., which ensure high-quality product shipments. Is to create an effıcient, interactive system of functional flow management.
