AĞIR METALLARIN QİDALANMADA ƏHƏMİYYƏTİ

Məqalədə insan həyatı üçün vacib olan metalların qidalanmada polundan bəhs edilir. Lakin həyat üçün vacib ağır metalların qatılığı artıq olduqda onlar insan üçün təhlükəli olurlar. Ətraf mühitdə toplanan metalların birbaşa və ya dolayı yolla insan orqanizminə daxil olub, müxtəlif bioloji proseslərdə iştirak etməsi real olduğu üçün həmin ərazinin metallarla əlaqədar ölkə patologiyasında rolu haqqında müəyyən fikir söyləmək olar. Bu problem aktual olduğu qədər də mürəkkəbdir.

Hazırda respublikanın müxtəlif ərazilərində metalların torpaqda yayılması problemi diqqət mərkəzində olub, müəyyən səviyyədə öyrənilməkdədir. Lakin bu məsələnin əhalinin sağlamlıq vəziyyətinin müxtəlif aspektlərilə birlikdə kompleks bir problem şəklində tədqiq edilməsi, alınan nəticələrə əsasən biokimyəvi-ekoloji məlumatlar sisteminin yaradılması əhalinin sağlamlıq vəziy-yətini, hətta aqrar sahənin kənar perspektivlərini belə proqnozlaşdırmağa imkan verir. Əhalinin sağlamlığının proqnozlaşdırılmasında ətraf mühitdə metalların təbii səviyyələri haqqında məlu-matların əldə edilməsilə bərabər, müxtəlif sənaye müəssisələri, avtomobil nəqliyyatı, yanacağın yanması və s. kimi mənbələr hesabına biosferin çirklənməsi xüsusiyyətlərinin tədqiqi mühüm gigiyenik məsələlərdən biridir.

The significance of heavy metals in nutrition

Abstract

The article talks about the pollination of metals that are important for human life. However, at a high concentration of heavy metals important for life, they become dangerous to humans. Since it is true that metals collected in the environment directly or indirectly enter the human body and participate in various biological processes, one can form a certain opinion about the role of this area in the pathology of the country associated with metals. This issue is as complex as it is relevant.

At present, the problem of the distribution of metals in the soil in different regions of the republic is in the center of attention and is being studied at a certain level. However, the study of this issue as a complex problem in combination with various aspects of the health status of the population, the creation of a biochemical and environmental information system based on the results obtained, makes it possible to predict the state of health of the population even outside the perspective of agricultural production. sector. Along with obtaining information about the natural content of metals in the environment, various industries, road transport, fuel combustion, etc. are used in predicting the health of the population. The study of the characteristics of pollution of the biosphere due to such sources is one of the important hygienic problems.
