FORMALAŞMASI ZƏRURİ OLAN KOMPETENSİYALAR

Xülasə

 Məqalədə magistratura səviyyəsində gələcək pedaqoqlarda təşkilati-inzibatçılıq sahəsi üzrə formalaşması zəruri olan kompetensiyalara dair təhlillər aparılmışdır. Müasir qanunvericilik bazası kontekstində kompetensiya əsaslı yanaşmanın tətbi­qi təhsil sisteminin idarə edilməsinin yeni keyfiyyətlərini təmin edə bilən peda­qoq­lar hazırlanmasını tələb edir. Bu da peşə kompetensiyalarının formalaşmasının əhəmiyyətini artı­rır, bu kompetensiyanın formalaşması problemini nəzərdən keçirməyi aktuallaş­dırır. Təşkilati-inzibatçılıq kompetensiyasının formalaşması və inkişafı təhsil fəaliyyətinin xüsusi şəraitində peşəkar hərəkətləri yerinə yetirməyə imkan verən komponentlər toplusu kimi təkcə bir tələb deyil. Həmçinin Azərbaycan Respubli­kası Təhsil Nazirliyinin magistratura səviy­yəsinin ixtisas üzrə təhsil Proqramında əksini tapan peşə kompetensiyaları sırasında yer alan peşəkar fəaliyyətin keyfiyyətinin göstəricisidir. Magistratura səviyyəsində gələcək pedaqoqun təşkilati-inzibatçılıq sahəsi üzrə formalaşması zəruri olan kompetensiyaları ilə yanaşı, innovativ təfəkkürün inkişafına da diqqət edilməlidir. Çünki təkcə tipik problemləri deyil, həm də pedaqoji problem­ləri müəyyən etməyi, hərtərəfli düşünməyi bacaran mütəxəssisin hazırlanması nəzərdə tutulur.

Competences required for the formation of future teachers at the master's

level in the organizational and management field

Abstract

 In the article, analyzes were made on the competences necessary to be formed in the field of organizational-administrative field in future teachers at the master's level. In the context of the modern legislative framework, the application of the competency-based approach requires the training of educators who can provide new qualities of the management of the education system. This increases the importance of the formation of professional competences, making it more urgent to consider the problem of the formation of this competence. The formation and development of organizational-administrative competence is not only a requirement, as a set of components that allow to perform professional actions in the special conditions of educational activity. It is also an indicator of the quality of professional activity, which is included among the professional competencies reflected in the Master's level education program of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. At the master's level, attention should be paid to the development of innovative thinking, along with the competencies that the future teacher needs to develop in the field of organization and administration. Because it is intended to prepare a specialist who is able to identify not only typical problems, but also pedagogical problems and think comprehensively.
