ÖLKƏDƏ BİOENERJİ ÜÇÜN XAMMAL EHTİYATLARININ QİYMƏTLƏNDİRİLMƏSİ

Bioenerji canlı və ya yaxınlarda yaşayan orqanizmlərdən, məsələn, bitki və heyvanlardan gələn üzvi maddə olan biokütlədən əldə edilən enerjidir. Biokütlə yanma, qazlaşdırma, fermentasiya və anaerob həzm kimi müxtəlif proseslər vasitəsilə bioenerji istehsalı üçün istifadə edilə bilər. Bioenerjinin bir sıra faydaları var, o cümlədən qalıq yanacaqlardan asılılığı azaltmaq, enerji təhlükəsizliyinə töhfə vermək və istixana qazı emissiyalarını azaltmaq. Biokütlə həm də fermerlər və kənd icmaları üçün gəlir mənbəyi olmaqla yanaşı, iş yerlərinin yaradılması və iqtisadi inkişaf üçün imkanlar yarada bilər. Bununla belə, bioenerji istehsalı üçün biokütlədən istifadə meşələrin qırılması, torpaqdan istifadənin dəyişməsi və su ehtiyatları uğrunda rəqabət kimi mənfi ekoloji və sosial təsirlərə də səbəb ola bilər. Buna görə də bioenerji üçün biokütlənin istehsalının və istifadəsinin davamlı olmasını və mənfi ekoloji və sosial nəticələrə gətirib çıxarmamasını təmin etmək vacibdir. Davamlı bioenerji istehsalını və istifadəsini təşviq etmək üçün biokütlənin qaynaqlanmasını və məsuliyyətlə istifadə olunmasını təmin etmək üçün müvafiq siyasət və qaydalar tətbiq edilməlidir.

Assessment of raw materials resources for bioenergy in the country

Abstract

Bioenergy is energy derived from biomass, which is organic matter that comes from living or recently living organisms, such as plants and animals. Biomass can be used for bioenergy production through various processes, such as combustion, gasification, fermentation, and anaerobic digestion. Bioenergy has several benefits, including reducing dependence on fossil fuels, contributing to energy security, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Biomass can also be a source of income for farmers and rural communities, as well as providing opportunities for job creation and economic development. However, the use of biomass for bioenergy production can also have negative environmental and social impacts, such as deforestation, land-use change, and competition for water resources. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the production and use of biomass for bioenergy is sustainable and does not lead to negative environmental or social consequences. To promote sustainable bioenergy production and use, appropriate policies and regulations need to be put in place to ensure that biomass is sourced and used responsibly.
