Azərbaycan Respublikasının rütubətli subtropik ərazisində becərilən bitkilər arasında çay özünəməxsus xüsusi şöhrət qazanmışdır. Lənkəran-Astara bölgəsinin iqlim və torpaq şəraiti çayçılığın inkişafı üçün xeyli əlverişli olub, iqtisadi gəlir gətirən kənd təsərrüfatının digər sahələrinin genişləndirilməsi üçün zəmin yaradır. Çayçılığın müasir tələblərə uyğun aparılması, elmi-nəzəri biliklərlə yanaşı, yeni texnoloji üsullardan istifadə edərək, əhalinin keyfiyyətli çay məhsuldarlığı ilə təmin olunmasının təməli olmuşdur. Çayçılıq böyük sənətkarlıq tələb edir və uzun müddət məhsul toplamağa imkan verdiyindən, bu sahəyə diqqət və qayğının artırılmasını zəruri edir. Çay bitkisənə qayğı göstərməklə, yüksək və keyfiyyətli məhsul almağa imkan verir. Xalqımızın milli adətlərinə görə çay süfrəmizin yaraşığı və bərəkətidir. Spirtsiz içki olan çay həm də sağlamlıq simvoludur.

The amount of chlorophyll in the leaves of the tea variety "Azerbaycan-2" in the territory of Huju village, Lerik region, their heat resistance and water storage capacity

Abstract

Among the cultivated plants in the humid subtropical region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, tea gained a special reputation. The climatic and soil conditions of the Lankaran-Astara region are very favorable for the development of tea cultivation and create a basis for the expansion of other areas of agriculture that bring economic income. It was the foundation of providing the population with high-quality tea production using new technological methods along with scientific and theoretical knowledge. Tea cultivation requires great craftsmanship and requires increased attention and care in this area, as it allows for a long period of harvest. Taking care of the tea plant allows you to get a high-quality product. According to the national customs of our people, tea is the beauty and blessing of our table. Tea, a non-alcoholic drink, is also a symbol of health.
