İŞĞALDAN AZAD EDİLMİŞ ƏRAZİLƏRİN MÜASİR İNKİŞAF PERSPEKTİVLƏRİ

Yüksək iqtisadi potensiala sahib olan Qarabağ və Şərqi Zəngəzur iqtisadi rayonlarının müasir inkişaf perspektivlərinin nəzəri əsasları onun regional inkişaf xüsusiyyətləri və iqtisadi inkişafı şərtləndirən amilləri ilə izah oluna bilər. Belə ki, regional inkişafın həyata keçirilməsində ilkin addım ərazinin homojenliyini müəyyənləşdirməkdir. Bu homojenliyin düzgün dəyərləndirilməsi bu sahədə mövcud problemlərin həlli üçün müvafiq tədbirlər planı işlənib hazırlanmalıdır. Məqalədə işğaldan azad olunmuş ərazilərin müasir inkişaf perspektivlərinin önəmi və praktiki əhəmiyyəti araşdırılmışdır. “İşğaldan azad edilmiş ərazilərin müasir inkişaf perspektivləri” adlı məqalədə əvvəllər xarici qüvvələr tərəfindən işğal olunmuş rayonların iqtisadi və sosial inkişaf potensialı araşdırılır. Məqalədə effektiv idarəetmənin, infrastrukturun inkişafının və sosial xidmətlərin bərpasının artım və sabitliyə imkan verən əsas amillər kimi vacibliyi vurğulanaraq, müxtəlif bölgələrdən nümunə araşdırmalarına əsaslanaraq, işğaldan sonrakı yenidənqurmanın təqdim etdiyi çətinliklər və imkanlar araşdırılır. Ümumilikdə, məqalədə bu regionların tam potensialının reallaşdırılmasını təmin etmək üçün uzunmüddətli planlaşdırmanın və davamlı investisiyaların aparılmasının zəruriliyi vurğulanır.

Modern development perspectives of the territories liberated from occupation

Abstract

The theoretical basis of the modern development prospects of Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions, which have high economic potential, can be explained by its regional development characteristics and factors determining economic development. Thus, the first step in the implementation of regional development is to determine the homogeneity of the territory. A proper assessment of this homogeneity should be developed and a plan of appropriate measures to solve the existing problems in this area should be developed. The article examines the importance and practical significance of the modern development prospects of territories freed from occupation. The article entitled "Contemporary development prospects of territories freed from occupation" examines the economic and social development potential of regions previously occupied by foreign forces. The article examines the challenges and opportunities presented by post-occupation reconstruction based on case studies from various regions, emphasizing the importance of effective governance, infrastructure development, and restoration of social services as key enablers of growth and stability. Overall, the article highlights the need for long-term planning and sustained investment to ensure these regions realize their full potential.
