Definition and content of bankruptcy and insolvency of a legal entity
Abstract
In this article, the concept of insolvency of legal entities and its place in the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan are explained in detail. The concepts of insolvency and bankruptcy are distinguished from each other, the cases related to the interpretation and scope of the concept of "insolvency", which acts as an explanation of the concept of bankruptcy, are clarified, and relevant proposals for the legislation on these cases are given.
